Plaza Teriyaki & Barbecue

I work next door. The sign reads close at 10 pm. This place seems to close and open when it feels like it. If i make it in at 9 pm i am told i am not aloud to eat inside. I sat and watched the girl close and sit inside and hang out with a employee. Only for 10 pm to come and now shes closed. I want to eat at subway. Its convenient and i can easy make it in before 9 pm and get no service. Then the next night the guy says nothing to me. I understand economy and short staffed. But i also work a job too. We all in the same mess. But im very dissatisfied with the girl closer. Very inconsistent. I just would like a meal before work. I cant rely on this staff to be open. So go at own risk. Hope your not hungry. I would give negative star to this closing team... I should not be upset but i left not wanting to eat the food.

When pulling in or out MUST be careful of all types of traffic this includes foot traffic. Going and coming from Subway building. And also car traffic from next door business's. Picture is true to traffic parking MUST be careful and add ; be fully observant with TRUE patients of All Type of Traffic. Kid's Friendly yeah with heavy watchful mature adult eye. Again pic is true for all customers questions well the rest of them any way. Food is fresh and Deliciously Good and fixed to your picks of fillers. Go Subway.

I am a super regular customer here. I come in super often, and it is the closest shop to my house. I went in on Saturday night, there were three people working. Younger kids. I ride an electric scooter, and have to bring it in with me as it is very expensive and I have no way to lock it up. My partner entered with his one wheel, he greeted to employees and they didn’t say a single word back. I then enter after him and greet them again, only to be told by “dotlyn” that I was not allowed to enter with my scooter because she”had just mopped”. I told her I had plenty of times before brought my scooter in and was not leaving it in the rain. I told her I’d leave it at the door. She continues to have an awful attitude the entire time she is making our sandwiches, then after someone else enters she lets us know that it is now a tripping hazard. I asked her who I complain too because I tried so hard to be nice, and she said she didn’t know. I can’t imagine working somewhere and not knowing who a customer complains too. This girl then refuses to let me know when the manager is working next so I can complain directly too her about her employees, because they apparently don’t know who I talk to. Absolutely unprofessional. How do your employees not know who I send a complaint into?

Watched an employee use the restroom, who didn't wash his hands once he returned. Asked him kindly to wash his hands before he made my sandwich. He angrily replied that he had already washed them. Will never be back at this subway location again. It's been going downhill for a while, but this is ridiculous.
