I'm shocked and sad that I haven't tried this place sooner! I had a lox classic on everything bagel, and it was one of the best I've had! The fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and capers were perfect and the amount of salt on the bagel was noticeable (but not overpowering) and enhanced the flavors of all the ingredients! New favorite bagel in town, for sure!
GO HERE. Where do I begin… I was apartment hunting for a week so everyday I tried a different bagel spot, and Bagel Land won by a landslide. The price, the vibe, the selection, the sandwiches… everything about this place is correct. I see people giving this spot 1 star reviews for “disgruntled workers” or whatever and that’s the saddest thing I ever heard. If things like that bother you do not leave your house and make your bagel at home:) ever since I experienced Bagel Land I have only yearned to go back, and I will get back very soon. 5 stars is not enough…
P.S. - they had the best iced americano of all the places I went too as well… but y’all aren’t ready to face that😘
Decent bagels if you can get one. For about two months now I’ve tried getting bagels here with no success. From the nearly two week break in July and consistently closing/ being out of bagels hours before the posted close time I have decided to not try anymore. Fremont businesses are in desperate need of some restaurant consultations. Answering the phone “we are out of bagels is there anything else I can do for you?” Is uh… lacking in eloquence to say the least. You’re welcome for the 5 star, you don’t deserve it.
I love Bagel Land. Their bagels are crunchy with great chew, and the seasoning is evenly spread. The employees are always kind and helpful.
I live in Vancouver WA and I'm so obsessed with the bagels I drive over like 3-4x a week! I've been coming here for 31 years! The young guy that works in the morning is a sweetheart!!! Attentive, polite, energetic! Stay rad ❤️
Excellent bagel shop but chronically running out of bagels on weekends!
After.a lot of intensive driving and chewing, Bagel Land was still my favorite place for bialies and bagels. Chewy with a little crunch on the exterior. Definitely not the white bread softies found in most stores.
Ordered a Good Morning breakfast sandwich on a Pesto bagel, toasted, on my first visit. I was impressed. The food was good, the service was fast and pleasant, and the place was clean. Throw in a fair price and an easy location to get to and I'm now a fan. I'll be a return customer for sure....Love their "Good Morning" breakfast sandwich on a pesto bagel with bacon. It's my fave crave for any morning.
For a couple years I lived walking distance to bagel land and LOVED walking there to get my cheddar bagel sandwich that I got toasted with salt and pepper. The guy working behind the counter was friendly and always remembered my order. I commend him for his neighborly attitude and consistently delicious bagels. This is the spot that made me fall in love with bagels, though most places can’t make them as good as Bagel Land!
Been coming here since the 90s when I was a little kid. These folks make the best bagels around! My favorite has always been their cheddar cheese bagels toasted with pesto creme cheese. Though literally anything from here is a delight.
The texture is a little firmer and denser than your 'average' bagel, but these qualities stand out in a good way that will challenge your perception of what a 'good' bagel really is. You thought you knew what a 'good' bagel was until you've tried these.
Nearly 30 years later I'm still going here and showing my friends whenever I have an opportunity. Few places can achieve such a long standing positive contribution to the local neighborhood dining scene. As a customer who has had a love for this place that spans decades, I thank you.
