Although the service was slow it was only because the lady was all by herself.Shows very poor management. Her positive attitude was very nice. Definitely made a big difference. I don't mind waiting if I'm greated with a smile and thank you when I leave...

Well Ms girl scammed me. she filled my strawberry dragon fruit refresher with ice and like 2 sips of the actual drink. she also made me pay $20 one time for two drinks now i’m depressed and emo.

Not a bad location. The service was slow but it seemed like they only had one person on while we were there, on a Saturday.
Lots of seating and spots to sit and enjoy your coffee.

Literally the SLOWEST Dunkin on earth. The drinks and food are fine, but if there’s more than 2 people in there, good luck. The people who work there can’t seem to handle even the slightest rush of people

The server was not present when I arrived. Waited 3 min. She was irritated as she had turned off one oven and my order was 3 oven products. I assured her it was OK and I didn't mind. Handing me my order I handed her $2 tip for a $7 order and she snatched it without even a smile. I wanted her to not stress I was patient yet she still presented angry Customer service 🙁 I have NEVER had this issue here and I use this DD often

Somehow manage to screw up every order even ordering from their app, but they’ll usually fix it and move on. Some new chode decided it was my fault they can’t read the order tickets correctly and started giving me attitude after I asked for the other half of my order. Plenty of other places around me, no need to put up with this clown show.
