I've always loved the food, but staff needs to listen better. Masks are not covering their ears and I wasn't wearing one that would muffle my voice.. my order was repeated back correctly but the ticket said different.

Arrived at midnight, after leaving the hospital with a loved one. Lights all on with signs saying “ OPEN 24 HOURS “. No one in the store. Two employees cars parked in rear with the female feeding the male (who was laying in her lap) French fries. wearing the Carls Jr uniforms. <yikes>

The posted hours on Google are not correct, they close at 9pm, and if you don’t have a car, they won’t acknowledge you standing in the drive through. You can even stand at the window watching them inside, knocking on the window while they laugh as though you’re invisible. I can understand it being a policy or something to not serve people in the drive through without a vehicle, but at least acknowledge the person and say “sorry drive through for vehicles only” Or put up a sign saying it. The hours are not accurate for people on foot

I have given this restaurant a couple of tries hoping that it would be better one of the three times I've been there. Unfortunately, each time my food was cold and overcooked. The service is great. If they could pay more attention and detail to the food I'd go back. But until then I'll go elsewhere.

Everything was fine with one major exception... Staff needs to listen better. My order was to be WITHOUT pickles and EXTRA onion. It was backwards. And when I received the corrected sandwich it was more onion than sandwich.

I dont eat out much these days and have to say its been a while since i been to Carls jr - it apprears this is now what the western burger looks like (not even any bbq sauce or onion (rings) it did have bacon though! The server kept telling me this is a western burger- 🤔😐😑 definatley not a $6.99 burger right here!

Fast and friendly service any time I've come here. Sometimes you have to wait in the later hours of the evening or early morning when they're busy. Typical Carl's Jr, open 24 hours a day. Clean lobby.

My first time here, My Double western bacon cheeseburger was super dry and the buns were smashed...it sucks because it's my favorite fast food burger and I just recently got a job close by and now I don't want to come back
