This place is great because 1. the food is consistent and good…classic Dennys fare…and 2. the staff work their butts off and care.
We ate breakfast here 3 days straight. Great people who care and are attentive. Thanks to them and the management.

Vickie has been an amazing server every time I go! She definitely deserves a lot of appreciation and love. The bathrooms are very clean and so is the dining room. Even when the place is busy, the service is timely and hospitable!

Stopped by passing through picked up a handcrafted real ice cream chocolate shake with whipped cream and a cherry on top. A little pricy is why I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise that milk shake was the bomb. I cannot wait to get another shake. I think I am going to get my next one made with one of their non -traditional flavors for my next Denny’s great shake escape

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but I didn't need to be. I go to Denny's a few times a year, all over the country. I've had a whole range of experiences. This visit was among the best. I came on a Saturday morning. It was busy but not packed. I was seated quickly. The food came out fast, hot, and delicious with no mistakes. I barely saw the bottom of my coffee cup. Kenneth, my server, was outstanding, however from where I sat I could tell the entire wait and kitchen staff had a great morning groove going. Also the music coming from the kitchen was good (but not too loud or anything). I'll be back.

Came in a little Early and got a Slamburger, which is a breakfast type of burger with hasbrowns eggs done your way. I got that with thick cut fries. I actually started things off with some Mazzarella cheese sticks. The lady that served me was friendly !

This was the very best, worst restaurant experience I've had in my LIFE. Nothing came out right at midnight on a Friday in downtown Portland. But who cares. The place was hopping with all walks of life, drama and crazy in every corner. Our server brought out the food alllll wrong and was just like, go with it, man. This is as good as it gets. We were like, yeah. Nobody knows how to cook eggs, huh? One of us got a made-up sandwich not even close to one on the menu. But you know what? They tried and it was awesome. They comped us 2 free meals for next time. I'd come back. But only on a late night Friday.

I got stranded here by Greyhound and needed a place to eat and wait. Everyone was very friendly and understanding. My burger was the best and the fries were crisp and hot. Unfortunately I am bad with names, the waitress with bright red hair was amazing and made my layover better than tolerable.

Great service, great tasting food! It was Suzie’s first day actually as a waitress and gave “A-Class” service! All staff was actually friendly and courteous. Do not mind driving out of the way to go here again. And of course I do recommend!
