Burger King

Was not having a great day but went to this Burger King. It was my first time at BK in a while but wow. I know this location doesn’t have the best rating but the fries were super hot and fresh and so were the burgers. The gentleman at the drive thru was very polite and patient. He asked us if we needed anything, got us sauce and took the effort to make a little bed of napkins for the sauces. There was just attention to detail you don’t always get with fast food and that gentleman operating the drive thru seemed like he cared about his job. I really respect that and the food was very fresh and blew my expectations away for a fast food experience. Legitimately improved my day which was very stressful to begin with :)

This was one of the few places to eat during ice storm. We were stuck in Oregon while traveling for the night. I do wish the bathroom was an option, but understand why the doors were locked. Just wish there was a note on the door before I tried to ice dance my way from the jeep to the door with my cane. Food was ok, fries needed salt, burger was missing bacon. Rest of meal was good.

The BK on 99W in Tigard is extremely easy to see from the highway and to get to. And it is convenient to both I-5 and Hwy 217. Currently they’re offering Drive Thru, Mobile Ordering, and Delivery. The food has been hot and fresh and everybody has been friendly. Stop in for that flame-broiled taste!

I visited BK one night last week (first time since the pandemic). When I ordered at the drive-through, I requested a fresh Whopper meal. It was “luke” at best and I told the young lady at the window who appeared to be new and a little stressed. The manager standing next to her heard my complaint so he stepped in. He said that he would personally redo the order and did just that and brought it out to my car. He even went back inside and made me some fry sauce that they no longer carry. He did not have to do that but he was kind enough to do it. Now, that’s customer service!!

Always friendly staff and generally well cleaned dining area yet shows it age a building. Often find drive thru is closed earlier than posted hours. Have honestly never gotten a wrong order from this location and only once received a dry hard burger. I hope the impossible patty makes it way here soon so I can eat here more often and not worry about eating healthier.
