I was shopping in Washington Square Mall, and I stopped to get Wetzel’s Pretzels and had a great experience. I got an original and a jalapeño pretzel which were both delicious! The gentleman who took my order was very patient and pleasant. Mikey didn’t make me feel rushed when making my decision, even though there was a line of people behind me. I will definitely be back for pretzels next time I’m at the mall.

My boyfriend and I came here for a snack. We shared a Kiwi strawberry granita large with dog bites with jalapeño cheese dip. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

These are literally the best pretzels ever. They are so buttery, fresh, delicious and just the best. The best part really is that the are nice hot and so soft. This is better than any other pretzel brand around. You have to try the one with the store front. 10/10 recommend the cheese one.

Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet in this world work there! Sincerely, they always are courtiouse and considerate to every customer I've seen there, I've been by there alot.
