Laid back, cozy environment making one feel like a part of the family of this local small family owned business! Always the best latte! Large open space to share the space with local musicians to come and fill the historical walls of a well loved Victorian building who was painstakingly brought back from the brink by the very hands that will be making your beverage to perfection with amazing sounds and blends of the Portland music scene. Ample bar seating to keep the space open and airy while also allowing air flow and space between customers to keep everyone safe, healthy, and caffeinated. With a couple vintage tables and chairs to allow seating for all needs. A lovely patio off to the side for those days when the weather is fine and the birds are chirping. And now for a limited time get yourself a delicious Affogato made with Tillamook Old Fashion Vanilla or get a delightful float!

What a unique find! I loved this little coffeehouse tucked away in a classic house on Stark Street near Laurelhurst Park. The cappuccinos are made the way they are meant to be, I didn't have to ask for a traditional one and the owner was quite nice! We loved the old bikes hanging around and the piano was a lovely addition.

This is a beautiful little coffee shop. It is open and airy, so it's extra lovely on a warm clear day. The coffee is really good, and the staff is next-level. The dude that runs the place has excellent music taste and is really just the kindest dude!

Dear Owner, I recently came across some reviews of your coffee shop and I was struck by your dedication to providing for your family and doing the best you can in difficult circumstances. As a single parent and small business owner, you have my utmost respect and admiration. Your children are lucky to have a dad who works so hard for them. Keep up the good work, and know that there are people out there who appreciate and admire what you do. Best wishes to you and your family.

The man roasting coffee hands over the espresso and it’s the way biting into fruit makes you stop in your tracks and taste. Wisteria arches over the door way by cherry blossoms. The counter around the shop is the right height to write or draw at, the guy roasting here, Jack, built it himself. This small batch in-house roaster of varietals is a real treat and the place feels old Portland. I highly recommend this place folks.

There was a very calm atmosphere there and the barista was friendly - he also helped me pick out the coffee for my pour over and then later checked in with me to see how I liked it! Unfortunately, no tables were put out, but the stool seating along the walls worked fine for me. The shop seems like it's in a calm neighborhood, and it's near Laurelhurst Park 🙂

We tried a lot of Portland coffee while we were in town (from Vancouver BC) and these beans were by far and away the best. Try the Congo. Amazing, in French Press or even drip. Also check out the collection of Blazers merch and collectibles!

My partner and I love to stop in here! It’s the perfect place to get a warm beverage on a walk to Laurelhurst Park. The building itself is so cool, obviously an old gem that has been lovingly cared for. The plants growing around the building add to the whole vibe, and the service is always great! On our last stop in we had a great chat with the owner while he made our drinks. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend this place! Covid has wiped out so many cool spots, we have to support the ones that are still here!
