My sun stops at Speedboat several times when he comes to Portland, twice a year. I've only had croissants and muffins, which are great, so I don't know about food. The folks are friendly and the beverages are good. Speedboat's been in the nabe for years, and it's not a loud echo-sphere like a lot of cafes are. It's small and light and has benches in front, and it does a lot of take out business, but we find it a great spot to hang out, too.

These guys are amazing. They remember my coffee order when I forget it. I love their breakfast sandwiches. Been going for years. Very friendly, family-owned & operated coffee joint. Great neighborhood spot.

Absolute smacker of a coffee shop. Bolo roll sandwich is 10/10. HVAC latte is bangin’. The owner is a real hunk and they use the best beans from Coava. What a spot!

The baristas are always so friendly and kind! I like coming here because they make me feel welcome, and also because they sell Jen’s Pastries. The scones and the bolo breakfast sandwich are my favorite. There are a few tables inside and a few picnic tables outside. Most of the time I have ordered to go.

I got a super delicious mocha here. It was a random choice to stop in, as I had never been in before, and was easy to get to off of Foster. They serve pastries and breakfast sandwiches as well as coffee. Online ordering is available. There is a parking around the building. I will definitely be going back when I'm in the area again!

Handsome little shop with very friendly employees, covered outdoor seating, great coffee and also bagels, sandwiches, and a decent selection of fresh pastries. So pleasant to sit with my latte and read some news while the cars roll along on Foster. Thank you!
