Long John Silver's

I'm from Alabama and I miss the fast food fish places like LJS and Captain D's. If this location ever closes or reduces to just Taco Bell I don't know what I'll do. The fish/chicken/shrimp is always hot and fresh, and their twice battered cripsy fries are great. Good hushpuppies, great customer service. A+ experience. I love combo places like this. Please stay open, please keep LJS.

Pretty darn good seafood experience fish tasted really loved the shrimp, one surprise, not a hush puppies fan but there's were, light and fluffy for hush puppies not to dry and good flavor. Fries we're probably the most disappointing and the shrimp and fish were probably just a touch too greasy. Two people ate for under $16 so pretty pleased with the experience front counter cashier could have been a little bit more on the ball/knowledgeable. All the negatives were pretty minor so I'm giving it a solid four star rating.

The fish patties I ordered tasted very good, although were too salty for somebody who is cutting back on his salt. The patties were not single fillets, but I don't mind, since they looked fresh and smelled fresh to me. I looked inside them and my first response was simply to pick them up with my fingers and eat them with some tarter sauce. If the fish could be breaded and cooked without salting them, I would definitely go back for more.

Exactly what it should be, a crunchy fried heart attack containing fish. The first reviewer needs to either take some sensitivity training or just stay home and make herself a sandwich. It’s a Long John’s tacked onto a Taco Bell. We get what we pay for. The staff were friendly and got my order just right.
