Well last night there was an issues with my order, i call them to let them know the on duty manager holly was wonderful in getting the issue resolved and explained the situation to me that the person was new and was still learning. She offered me a free replacement order and i was happy with that she just had to let the general manager know and he would give me a call. so pat on the back for holly who did an amazing job.

Locally loved by many...4 generations of my family have ate there...the fact that they love the community as much as we love them is amazing...when they tell ya have a good night or have a great weekend they truley mean it.the town would be lost without frisch's big boy.

Nothing beats the Big Boy! Awesome staff, food was delicious. Took a jar of sauce to go. So glad these restaurants are still around!

We went here in May and it was really good. We went here last week and it was definitely lacking!! Between the server and the food, we won't be going back anytime soon. Very disappointed.

Food was fast and hot. Drive through. Inside in the Port Clinton Big Boy has always been above average to good. Service has already been good.
