Visited for lunch while up in Port Clinton. It was a later lunch time so the drive thru was super fast. The girl that took my order was super upbeat, repeated my order back, confirmed, told me my total and sent me around to pay. The boy that gave me my drink almost spilled it, caught it mid fall and was super embarrassed. He did apologize and ask if I would like a new one, which of course I said nope and he gave me a stack of napkins. Thought that was super nice of him to offer. The food was hot and delicious. The fries were a little salty for me but manageable. I sat in the car and watched the birds while I ate. Seems like a pretty popular spot, lots of people coming and going. Easy to get in and out of.

Frustrating. Dining room closed ridiculously early so we did drive thru. Dropped over $50 on food for the family, but they wouldn't let us have tap water without paying the full soda cost of $1.29. Final straw, the one drink we ordered no ice had ice and the fries were lukewarm. This franchise location is not worth the hassle.

It's been a long time since I've had customer service this good. Everyone was so happy, friendly, and helpful in the drive-thru this evening; they truly made me smile.

The line moves fast in the drive thru. Right now the dining room is still closed as of March 2022. Food is always hot and fries fresh.

Can't wait till this place closes permanently. No inside service. Who needs you? I don't want to sit in your parking lot in my car eating. Never going back.

Nothing new here, it's a Wendy's. Everything was as to be expected. Service was prompt. They got you through the entire process and on your way with a full line in a respectable time.

I only got one sauce. That isn’t enough for my fries, chicken nuggets, or burger. And the service is slow and they were very rude.

I assume a manager, came out of the kitchen to check on how we were and how our food was. Ive never really seen that at wendys.
