I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Dinner was amazing and the service was stellar. My server Bill was knowledgeable on his wines and what the Chef's special was. His recommendation for dessert was perfect. I sat in the bar area and I was honestly fine with that location. All of my dishes had the flavors I was looking for each tantalizing my taste buds, I was excited for each dish to arrive at my table. Definitely a return visit. If your in the Sylvania area and looking for some good eats stop by Ciao you won't be disappointed!

No personal interaction except to get food and it wasn't really that great. Got a mcgriddle and it was hard around the edges and my milk was warm. Only way to order was thru the machines and only 2 were working. There were about 20 people in line and half had a hard time using it. Just not a good experience.

I just waited 35 mins in line with 8 other vehicles. We all arrived around 11:05. Only 3 cars at the main food windows. 6/8 of us left because we weren’t getting served. It wasn’t busy and your open till midnight.. I could understand if you were being short staffed but you also had employees outside messing around in their cars. I am disappointed and you guys can do better. I’m sorry to say but your rate right now from me is 1 star/ 5 stars…. I’m a very LOYAL customer. I come there everyday for a drink at least PLEASEEEE get your staff in order.

On the morning of June 4, 2022 (I believe) I stopped at this location on my way to Camp Perry, to oversee weapons range operations for my Army National Guard unit. It was busy, so I ordered from the Kiosk. A wonderful silver haired employee wearing a reflective vest saw me in uniform and stepped up to the register. She saw me in uniform and told me that she was going to buy my meal for me. I thanked her and told her that I had already paid at the kiosk. She told me that she would buy my meal the next time I came in. I thanked her but explained that I actually live in Columbus, OH and I am not often in the area. On the afternoon of June 6, 2022 some of my young Soldiers working a weapons range, said they wished that they had some coffee. I used my phone to find the number for this location. I called and spoke with a manager to order 3 large "Coffee Boxes." He wasn't sure if they had any, but after searching, was able to locate them. He asked me to give him 30 minutes and they would be ready. I thanked him and drove from Camp Perry to this McDonald's location. Upon entering, the same wonderful woman recognized me, stepped up to the register and offered to pay for my meal. I thanked her, but explained that I was just there to pick up a large Coffee order. While waiting, I stepped aside to respond to some texts from my leadership. When I looked back up, she was on the customer side of the counter with her credit card in the reader. She pulled it out and said, "There, It's paid for." She also thanked me for my service. I told her that that wasn't necessary, but thanked her very much. I asked for her name so I could recognize her actions. (She gave me a fake name, Lol). However, one of her fellow team members outed her as, Lori. Lori is a true and generous American. She is an asset to the McDonald's organization. When I took the coffee back to my troops they said, "Thank you First Sergeant." I told them, "Don't thank me. Thank Lori at McDonald's." I went there at 520ish they open at 5 I sat there for 10 minutes at the speaker waiting even talking I drove thru to look at the window and she had the headset on but was on your phone jus standing there didn’t even look up. Terrible. She was also a manager. She should be fired. If I could put 0 stars I would.
