Well first off we had issues with the tide because of tropical depressions in the gulf. So we didn't get to have our boil on the beach. We had it adjacent to the Bob Hall pier, and even though I was disappointed with the situation Shawn more than made up for it. He provided everything we could have hoped with a couple of extras at no charge. He also dicounted the meal because of the weather that wasn't his fault! He cooked an excellent meal, provided perfect music and entertained the kids. I highly recommend it. If you visit port A or north Padre and don't give them a call you have made a mistake.
Shawn and Jessica took great care of us for my husband Matt's birthday Matti Gras party!! The set up on the beach at Port A was perfect, and so relaxing with the sound of the waves in the background and crackle of the bon fire! The food was outstanding and we would definitely recommend adding crab legs to your menu! They were amazing. The Smores really finished off the meal perfectly as well. From beginning to end, Shawn was perfectly attentive, but still gave us the space to enjoy our guests! I highly recommend Rolling Tide for a fun event and will use them again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity!!
We had a beach party and they made it an unbelievable experience! Amazing food , everything taken care of gorgeous setting! Will absolutely be having them for all beach parties ! ❤️❤️❤️Issac was the best host and did such a good job with everything. Kassie made the whole process easy and kept us updated the whole time . The BEST experience! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our shrimp/crab boil! McKinnley was the perfect hostess/cook, so friendly and kind. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was perfect!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Had a company party right on the beach!! Kassie and her crew made some amazing fresh crab and shrimp. I picked out a spot on the beach and her crew rolled their pot right up and made a cozy fire with enough seating for everyone. If you are looking for a unique, fun, great dinner for a party I would recommend Rolling Tides to everyone.
What an amazing experience! I surprised my husband for his 40th birthday. Rollin' Tide Boil went over and above to make my event special. They were very responsive - they did exactly what they said they'd do. And they even have extras that I wasn't expecting --- a hand washing station for sandy kid hands to clean up; delicious dessert options for adults & kids. Kyle, our host, was top notch! He was kind to all of our guests and so very helpful. I will definitely use Rollin' Tide Boil for my future Port A Events!
I've been visiting Port A. my entire life. I've enjoyed all sorts of recreation, entertainment, restaurants etc. - never before have I experienced a seafood feast prepared on the beach at sunset like what Rollin' Tide Boil Co. put on. The customer service was superb, the food was outstanding and the experience was unique. This is a must for families of all sizes. Thank you Kassie (owner), you and your team know what you're doing - I tip my hat to you! Can't wait till next summer!
We could not have asked for a better night with Rollin' Tide! They were fantastic and thought of everything before we could even think of it. Paul was fantastic and so great with our large group of adults & kids. I can't think of another business I would recommend in the same way as Rollin' Tide. You will not regret booking with them!
Great folks to work with. They bring the party, set it up, clean it up. It’s good food at the beach, fire pit, and music. Our family and friends have been doing it for several years and we will do it next time we are at Port A. Top rating all around. David Ward
