Beware if you have a fungus allergy. Ordered 8/8/21 with a 20 minute wait for drive thru. Ended up eating most of it and the mold… I was driving so I only noticed it at a red light. Manager was nice about either refunding me or making me a new sandwich, which I picked but kinda wish I just got my money back. This isn’t about the employee, more about the food safety. Building needs a deep, deep clean.

KFC in Pleasantville NJ is terrible! I paid for my order and was instructed to pull up my vehicle to the entrance for delivery. I waited five minutes then ten minutes at sixteen minutes I was done! Fast food as slow as molasses! I walked in and got my money back less the drink. I LOVE KFC but not this one! Since the old manager is no longer there their service has become abominable. If you have any interest in getting some chicken relatively quickly for your money don't go here.

I would give them a zero if I can. Ordered food through the app and gave it to someone else. Showed associate the confirmation number through the KFC app. Didn’t have a care in the world for my poor experience. Her response was, “ I make the food here it’s not my fault.” Then moved on with her day as if I were a piece of garbage. Go across the street to Popeyes, this place is terrible.

We have tried to go here multiple times during dinner and the drive thru worker will state there are no chicken patties, no wings and no tenders; it seems like others have this same problem. I hate to give a bad review but this place needs better management

I seriously cannot believe what happened at this location. My fiance pulled up to the speaker and the lady immediately says, "just to let you know we only have wings left" so my fiance says ok, I'll take wings, mashed potatoes and wedges. Then she responds "we don't have any sides" so he asks "you don't have any sides at all?" She responds "we only have wedges". So he says "I'll take all the wings and wedges you can sell me" to which she responds "I'm sorry we're closed"
I AM STILL IN SHOCK
This is why we haven't been to KFC in almost a decade.

I would never think I would order food from KFC since becoming a vegetarian. I ordered the plant-based nuggets. I suspect it was a bit of a cheat because I don't think they fried plant-based nuggets in a separate fryer. The taste brought back memories as far as seasoning goes. Some nuggets were overcooked but I guess when you're used to eating real meat you get the timing confused.
The location is Pleasantville, NJ. Love what you did with the place. It doesn't look rundown.
I must say I was not a fan of the customer service I received. I didn't like that a person was bold enough to try to cut off 3 cars in the drive-thru line.

Horrendous.. dinner time and out of extra crispy .. how is that possible .. it’s like going to McDonald’s and they are out of Big Macs .. rude service and and ice cream truck shows up , the workers left the store to get ice cream. Not sure who owns this franchise, but you have some problems. I’m switching to Popeyes.. I was holding out, but this was the last straw .

I ordered a combo meal through UberEats that was supposed to come with 4 sauces. I also ordered additional sauces for extra money. When my order arrived, there were NO sauces. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times, and they won't answer the phone. Guess all the bad reviews this restaurant has were accurate. Never again.
