Just bought a few donuts at 11:00 this morning. They hardly had any selection and the chocolate bar looked very light brown with chocolate speckles in the frosting, weird. My son got the donut holes and they were hardly glazed at all. The cinnamon roll I bought had NO CINNAMON in it, it was so awful that I will NEVER be visiting this shop again. Also, in the past, they fill the jelly donuts only once you purchase it, which makes it very weird. So dissatisfied with this place.

I had a good time at The Donut Factory, I was in and out very fast today. The lady was very kind, friendly and waited on me while made my decision on which took a little bit, there was a wide variety of donuts there from twists all the way to fritters. My favorite thing was the price, a dozen donut holes only cost 1.55$. Most donut shops do not seem completely clean, but this one definitely was clean, I felt safe eating their food.

Husband's birthday and all he asked for was a fresh doughnut from a doughnut shop, this is our shop. I enjoy the devil's food chocolate chocolate but you've got to get there early, they go quick! Great coffee too

Got donuts in the morning before work while I was being rang up I asked for a mocha. She took my card out of my hand said she wouldn’t make mocha for me because there was a line then made a shooing motion at me to get out. Terrible customer service

Bought a box 12/4/2022; glazed, caramel and chocolate bars, apple fritters etc. Everything was EXACTLY perfect!! Everything a donut should be, fritter with real bits of apple it was donut heaven!

I don't have a pic, but let me just say these donuts are the best!!! And the owners are 2 of the sweetest people I know. They always greet me with a smile and how are you doing? They engage in whatever it is you feel like talking about. You can tell they enjoy their customers. I really love this place!
