Slow service, flat soda, and a lack of understanding of the phrase with extra extra ice please. The homestyle chicken ranch burger was surprisingly tasty at least but it was near 20 bucks for 2 burgers with only one being a combo. I eat fast food maybe 3 to 4 times a year. I really should do my best to make it 0.

The lady taking our order had an attitude. When we got our food the order was wrong, items were missing and the food we did receive was messed up. As you can see in the picture, my brother’s breakfast sandwich had a very big and noticeable egg shell.

Went through the drive thru. Burger & fries were cold.
Shouldn't have to check if my food is hot or cold.
Train staff to be more efficient & attentive on quality of food serving customers.
Couldn't eat the food for fear of getting sick. Waste of time & money.

This is the most poorly run Jack! They are almost always out of something you want to order. We have to prepare ourselves not to get upset every time. It can be simple things like cheese or lettuce. Chances are, if you want it they’re out. Get it together management. Your customers beg you so we can get our Jack fix without the reliable disappointment of being out of stuff. Today I drove away without anything…again. :(

I ordered my food through door dash and they didn't get it right. I paid $20 for my meal. I asked for no tomato, extra chicken and cheese. I ended up getting tomato, no extra chicken or cheese. If I am going to pay $3.50 for extra chicken, there better be extra chicken.

This location needs a major retraining on sanitary food handling practices! We came in yesterday (7/8/22) around 3pm and as soon as we walked up to the counter to order I noticed a short haired female employee making what I assumed to be milkshakes and she was literally licking her fingers as she was preparing another customers drink! We turned around and walked out!

This place has done a 180 from a few years ago. Fast and fresh. There was a problem with my mobile order and the guy at the drive through made it work, manually, and hooked me up with a few tacos for for my (couple minutes) of inconvenience. Thanks, bro.

Tried going a little bit after they said they opened. I got no response. Either they need to update their hours or the employees were avoiding me either way I sat at the drive through for five mins with no response. I gave the some time just in case they were busy, but I didn’t even get a be right with you. I don’t think I will be going back any time soon.
