Kristas is a wonderful place.!!! Good people, wings are to die for. You can't beat the drink & wing specials. Ppl who work there are so nice. Very enjoyable visits.. great Northside bar
Gotta love Krista's. This neighborhood bar recently changed hands and the new owners are great. Krista (the owner) has done a wonderful job to clean this place up and make it a great spot to watch the Pens or Steelers. It doesn't hurt that they have the best, and I mean it when I say best, wings in the Pittsburgh area. They have $.35 wings Monday through Thursday. Now just to be clear, this place is a bar that happens to serve food, not a restuarant with a bar. Becuase it is a bar Krista has some sort of cheap drink special every night too. Do yourself a favor and and stop by Kristas for good good food.
My favorite place to get wings! This little gem is probably my best kept secret in Pittsburgh. I come every maybe once or twice a month with my good buddy for a guys night out. It definitely beats going to other bars/grills where it can get pretty busy. The wings are awesome! Bursting with flavor! The staff here is super nice and if you come here regularly people will start to know your name!
Great atmosphere! The wings are outrageous/ a great variety of flavors to choose from as well as other bar foods.. Good music and a nice happy hour menu of drinks and specials every day of the week! Stop in!
Hidden cozy little gem I found in brighton area tonight. The wings are amazing and everything else I got. Along with daily food specials and cold beer. Thanks you so much for letting me find this place.
We almost walked out, but the vibe was clearly friendly, so we stayed. Nothing healthy or fancy on the menu, but the sports-bar style deep-fried food was yummy. An easy-going crowd of barflys expertly supervised by the friendly gal behind the bar.
I love their wings! I don't drink so I really just go to eat. The atmosphere is cool, it's a small bar so it can get crowded fast. But no complaints, try the wings!! 🐔🐔
Great cheap drinks and decent wings! A cool little kick back spot to relax n watch the game. Only downside is that like many of the old school bars in Pittsburgh, you can smoke cigarettes in the bar
What happened to the service here? It took forever to get noticed and get my ordered taken. Then they held my credit card and I had to physically ask the bar tender to get my bill. Their loss on a better tip and I definitely won't be back unless I hear it's gotten back to its service friendly ways which only means I spend more and tip better. I hope all the attention given to the few customers they had their attention on was rewarded as they left money on the table with me.
I came back a week later and they totally redeemed themselves. Thanks folks!
Chicken flavors are awesome the quality depends on the cook though. Pretty cool decor as the owner collect great antique signs and other items for the wall and I enjoy the humor of them.
Its my favorite bar & I have been going there for two years. The food & drinks are reasonably priced. If you like to play pool/looking to drink in a mature setting this the place to go. This is a no drama bar so leave the bs at home or they will make you leave
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! It is always a pleasure coming here! Such a relaxed environment everyone is pleasant. The wings are to die for and the Northside Hurricane is my favorite pitcher!!! Keep up the good job!
