absolutely the best Panera ever! I am under the weather today so I ordered delivery and left my driver instructions to leave my order on my porch because I’m sick. well the amazing employees saw that and left me a free cookie in my bag. so so so very sweet and made my whole day, thank you so much! ♥️

Tasha was very friendly and helpful when she took my order. Even entered in my gift card manually with no complaint. Used to come here quite often from 2020 to 2022 with my buddy Mike.

Always delicious. You can go to the counter and traditionally order your meal from the person at the register or you can place a quick order at the kiosk (super easy). The staff are always friendly. The restaurant is always clean. Food is always fresh and hot, rarely a long wait. I go to lunch here on my break a few times a week

There is an older lady there that is the best employee they have at the Panera stores. She has to be in her eighties and although i do not know her personal background she is always sweet, tells your the best deals and today I heard her telling an other client all the calories of different food items off the top of her head. I don't know how she stands there all day, but she is fabulous. This is the west mifflin location in Pittsburgh. A shout out to t]some of there good employees. I hope they know what a gem they have there.

This is my favorite Panera Bread. The layout is great because you can sit up front near the entrance to people watch or hang out further back in a secluded booth for privacy. The employees are always happy to serve you and during the pandemic they didn't horribly alter their hours like many other Panera Breads at the time or close off the dining room.

Amazing service by amazing staff! This is one of the most hard working groups of people I’ve seen in a long time. Despite a mad rush and short staff they worked their hardest to ensure everyone was well taken care of. The staff working deserve commended for their hard work. Please buy lunch, give a raise to, or something for the staff working on 10/14/2021!

Very pleasant experience. I came in and was waited on right away by Dorothy and greeted with a smile. She made sure to check if I had a Panera rewards membership. I had a question and a special request with my sandwich. She was detailed with her responses, making sure I got what I wanted, no mistakes. I got a latte, too, and she let me know I could get a pastry for 99 cents. I wasn't sure what I would get, so, she walked me over to what was available. I got sold on the pumpkin muffin (yes, already excited for fall). When we were done, she reminded me not to forget to pick up my latte and where to go to pick up my order. I was debating on going to the Panera Bread in Bethel Park or this one in Pleasant Hills. I am glad I chose the Pleasant Hills location. Everyone I encountered on top of Dorothy were professional and nice, too.

I always love the food at Panera, but the portions seem to be getting smaller and the prices go up every time I'm there! I don't frequent there as much as I used to due to this. But overall, I always love the quality and taste of my meals from Panera. I especially love their soup and salad combos! I also enjoy their rewards program.
