This was my first time visiting this Starbucks in the mall and I was very pleased. Walking in your greater with a very nice view of this place and it’s very inviting. It did not take long for us to be greeted and place orders. The food was on point it was my first time trying the impossible sandwich. The seating was so cute and couple like and was very comfortable. The tables were somewhat clean just needed a quick wipe down. Your able to see each direction of the mall and plan your next move when your finished. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.

When an establishment participated in a themed event, it is always a great time! Christmas in July last year was no exception….introducing “The Grinch!” My kids couldn’t be happier…or in the spirit of the drink…grumpier 🤣 Thanks for making Robinson Mall’s event so much more fun!

Starbucks is not my favorite place to go for coffee, but I will visit this location again because of the staff. Super friendly and accommodating.

The young man who helped me was very good at his job (pleasant, courteous, subtling upselling 😉). I don't really like Starbucks since they tend to scorch their beans (I had a gift card), but am giving this a 5 star just because of the service.

A perfect location in the mall to get some coffee while Holiday shopping for the grandbabies! I had the sweetest young man named Dior check me out and he absolutely made my day!

everyone who works here is SO kind, i go here nearly every day because of work, and every single time service is amazing. everyone here is so personable and kind, definitely my favorite and would recommend to anyone who comes to the mall!

Had to refill my Starbucks account and then wanted to get several items. Computer started acting up and they had to scan my phone literally about a dozen times. Was totally not their fault but they felt sorry and gave me one of the items for free. Can’t remember the name but I imagine he was the manager as he knew how to fix the machine. Also, he was the only gentleman there Sunday afternoon, tall, young Caucasian with straight brown hair. What a way to keep me loyal! Thank you!

This is a nice little Starbucks in the mall in Robinson. They do accept payments from the Starbucks app, but I don't think you can mobile for pick-up here. Not positive. The seating is nice looking and comfortable. I went on a Saturday, early and it wasn't super busy. Staff was pleasant and made our orders in a reasonable amount of time.
