Absolutely perfect spot for a night out on the town! My friend and I were wanting to try The Parlor for the longest time, and when we finally were able to make that date night happen, it was nothing short of amazing. Food is delicious, drinks were great, and the atmosphere is a VIBE! The ho fun flank steak is a dish that I'm still thinking about :)

Definitely try the late night dim sum the bean curd roll with shrimp is so scrumptious also the cocktails coming from the bar will make you palate water for more!!! I have been here multiple times and everything always hits perfectly if your thinking it’s going to be a spicy menu it definitely is not. It is a taste of everything anyone could ask for no matter your tastes you will enjoy The Parlor

The Universe Juice cocktail was a delightful start to the meal. The Taro Dumplings stole the show with their exceptional flavors, making them my personal favorite. I suggest getting the Chili Oil and Dim Sum sauces to accompany your meal. While the rice crepes with shrimp were decent, I probably wouldn't reorder them. The Hawthorn Crispy Pork Ribs offered a burst of flavor but didn't quite make my reorder list. To make the most of your dining experience, I recommend ordering a variety of dishes to share with the table, allowing everyone to savor the diverse flavors.

The Parlor is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Pittsburgh. The menu is well balanced and every dish is skillfully executed by Chef Li and his awesome kitchen team. Front of house service is headed up by Hilary and she is an awesome manager. Her team will always ensure that you are well taken care of from the moment you step inside. The Dim Sum is great and the main dishes are even better. Whether you want a small bite and cocktail or a full meal you will be absolutely sure to have a great meal for a great price!

One of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh! A group of 13 of us dined here a couple of weekends ago to celebrate my birthday. We enjoyed multiple types of dumplings, pork buns and potstickers in addition to a variety of main dishes and cocktails. The prawns, steak, short ribs and Chinese sausage were all delicious and full of unique flavors you won't find anywhere else in the city. The current panda cocktail special is also very fruity and fun! A friend of ours in attendance who moved to the US many years ago even made the comment how the food is the most authentic she's had since moving here. In addition, the manager is very accommodating and kind. My only complaint is that our seating arrangements weren't conducive to our group being able to talk to each other easily (I had to hop back and forth between our round tables), and service was a bit slow at times. I can't fault them for it though since I don't think they're used to serving such a large group. I look forward to returning again soon!

The best dimsums I found in town. I tried the chicken, shitake mushroom dimsums, they were so delicious that I ordered a second round. Full of flavour and freshly prepared. Will try more things here and continue to add my take on food here.

Extremely fresh and tasty food. Everything comes out hot right as it’s cooked. We had a mix of vegan and meat dishes. All of them were very delicious. Only took home food because we ordered and ate too much. The prices are very reasonable for the freshness and the amount of food. I went with a Chinese citizen and he is very impressed with this place. He’s been here multiple times and his only complaint was that there was no congee on the menu like there was before. Hopefully it comes back! We’ll be back either way. Also service was on point and friendly.

Another restaurant where I worried that the preceding hype wouldn't pan out in practice- and I was happy to be proven quite wrong. My wife and I went for our anniversary, and we shared 6 dim sum plates that were all outstanding, with top highlights including the Chicken and Shitake Dumplings and the Shrimp Balls. For our main, we split the Ho Fun with flank steak, with the noodles being exactly as they should, and the steak being wonderfully cooked and surprisingly tender for the thinner cut. Our server was prompt and friendly and communicative, even with an array of tables all ordering in multiple parts. The restaurant itself was well mapped out for the varied and tighter space constraints, though the music was a touch too loud to enjoy quieter conversation, as a minor gripe. Overall, this is definitely a must stop for anyone looking for Dim Sum in the Pittsburgh area.

The freshest and most amazing dim sum I've ever had, hands down. I've been to dozens of traditional dim sum and Chinese Food restaurants throughout New York and Philly and Parlor elevates the best dishes by making them fresh and with the highest quality ingredients. Add in delicious drinks and cocktails and I'm 5-stars all day long.
