We had the kindest staff serve us. The cashier was patient as we looked if a discount we had on our app would work. She gave it to us regardless! Then the guy calling out the names was happy. Made the doldrums of standing in a line for airport fast food worth it. So nice to see a team working together well. Thank you!

Cashier Jose was very kind. Excellent customer service. The airport is a busy location and he was efficient and professional. Employee calling people for their order made sure each customer received their food before walking away and just letting it sit there.

I wanted to send my gratitude and awe for one of your amazing employees! I did not see a way to do this via your website, so I hope this will work. I regret that I did not get her name and in hindsight wish that I had told her this in person, when I ordered at the Wendy's Terminal B of the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, Arizona. My family was in the fifth hour of a miserable seven-hour layover, and I ordered two frosties from Wendy's to try to cheer us up and give us a bit of energy to face the additional two hours ahead of us. As we waited for our turn, my son and I watched a woman who seemed to have the authority of an acting manager, showing such compassion and kindness and TLC for each person she came into contact with at the counter. This continues to stand out to me, because at an international airport, most of her customers will never be repeat customers, and the sheer volume of customers is probably greater than that of any other Wendy's location outside of an airport or a large city. When my son and I received our frosties (and my 14-year-old had never had a frosty before, because we don't have a Wendy's in our community, but I associated frosties with comfort food on road trips as a child), we really did feel comforted, though our backs were aching from napping in the uncomfortable seats at our gate, having been up since 4 A.M. in North Carolina and waiting until 6 P.M. to board our final flight of the day to California. Still, it wasn't the ice cream that left a lasting impression us, but certainly it was a sweet pick-me-up. It was our family discussion about the kindness and generosity of spirit with which we watched the Wendy's manager treat each person that really had the greatest impact on us: First, we watched a man who appeared to work at a neighboring restaurant, who seemed so tired and hungry (not just for food, but for caring attention), whom she took the time to show that she really saw him and that she really cared. Then, there was a man carrying a large order for his big family, and she made him feel seen too, as she ensured that he had a tray for all the drinks and wished his family safe travels and a wonderful afternoon. I saw him pause in wonder and respond so gratefully at also being seen. And my son and I felt just the same when our turn came. We are still talking about this 24 hours later. To the manager on call on Thursday afternoon (July 27th at 3:40 P.M., according to my receipt) at the Phoenix airport Wendy's location in Terminal B: Thank you for being a leader and a role model, not just to your own team at Wendy's, but to all of us who felt seen by you; I want you to know that we see you, too. This is more than just customer service; this is humanizing interactions that are too often just transactional. Thank you so much for putting your heart into your work—work that touches more lives in one day than most of us have the opportunity to work with in a week.

This was only place open in the terminal and, therefore, had a terribly long line. However, the staff were phenomenal. They were kind, quick in receiving and getting your order back to you, and the manager was on the line with everyone. Great representation of the company

Great staff here this morning @ 6-7am, 17Feb2021. Efficient and professional. I did a mobile online order pickup for the 2 for $4 sandwiches and a digital deal of a free small ccino with purchase. (total order cost $4.34) Smooth transaction, 5 stars for speed, value, staff. What else could you ask for of a fast food joint in an airport?! Thank you ! PS - I highly recommend ordering through the app to get a little more bang for your buck, such as a free drink with purchase or $1 fries, accumulate rewards points, etc. PSS - my $4 purchase got me 40 points, which is 1/4 of the way to a free future frosty or other items.

Of the airport restaurants, Wendy's is the all-star. Great food, consistent quality, fast service and a friendly staff that can handle huge rushes with ease. My only complaint is the Wendy's corporate suits killing their best sandwich, the Jalapeno Popper! Alas, such is the transience of all things... Highly recommended!

The airport was super busy (sat at 9:30am) but my food was made quickly and was very hot/fresh. Great job morning crew.

Airport Wendy's is the best! Frosty machine is usually working. Menu is limited here! The value menu is basically eliminated for some reason. The line is never short. That said, the Frostys are not price gouged, and there's nothing better than a milkshake to relieve airport stress. 🤣

Advertisement on counter for a parm sandwich I was rudely told they no longer have. Take the sign down. Hamburger was cold and dry not hot and juicy. Airport food.
