This hotel is a little dated but it was clean, had all the accommodations that one needs and the staff was friendly, helpful and offered great service. There is a indoor pool centered in the middle of the building and the gym is situated close by, which was very convenient. There is also a Starbucks stand, if you’re in to that sort of thing but they offer coffee in the room. There is an in house bar/lounge that serves decent meals.
Several access/entry points for the building and lots of accommodating parking. We had a great stay.
The rooms were super clean and smelled good. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had our own private balcony, overlooking the indoor pool. The shower had a really nice, large, cascading shower head and a dispenser for soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The also offered cable with some movie channels. I will definitely be staying there again.
After traveling for 2 days and having to stop in Phoenix after hitting a bad snow storm, we just wanted a place that felt like home and relaxing. We got exactly that with this hotel! Katie took real good care of us and heard how rough our time has been, I love the customer connection when going places making me feel very welcomed. The staff was all welcoming and very friendly. except the bartender but it could also have been the end of her shift.
The rooms were very clean, had everything we needed, this has been the first bathroom where the shower felt nice and relaxing. Everything was very accommodating and so happy to have stayed here. I will most likely stay here again and really recommend it to anyone else!
Oh! And clumsy me forgot my wallet when we were 30 min out and I called to let them know we were on our way back, they were great at communicating with each other to help me get my wallet back. Thank you again!
Stayed here visiting my daughter in Phoenix. Got it through Priceline deal. Super reasonable rate. although the place appears to be old it is mostly well kept.. The indoor pool in the main Atrium is really neat. They also have an outside heated pool nice.
The bed and pillows in my room we're very comfortable!
The staff that cleans the rooms most definitely takes pride in their jobs.. The attention to detail in all the little things was amazing!
I only had 2 complaints the shower didn't drain and the carpet ( although very clean looking) was a little sticky in spots.

Staff was outstanding. It is an older hotel, therefore the elevators are slow and small. No valet parking or bell staff. I had plumbing issue in my room first night yet when shared with staff it was resolved immediately. Resturant is only open for breakfast service and then food available in bar from 4pm to 11pm. When at a conference the meals are delicious, served efficiently and generous portions.
I really enjoyed this hotel!! My bf bought me a room for a getaway for the night for $79 and I was truly grateful!!! I loved the atmosphere here. The bedroom was super comfy and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were so refreshing. The breakfast here was also outstanding! I highly recommend this stay.
The location was great, nestled in an area that is mostly businesses. The room was beautifully kept with everything we needed. The king bed was great with very fluffy pillows. The indoor pool was heated and felt great along with the jacuzzi. It was just a beautiful building. The room service was fast but my $15.00 meal quickly turned into 26.00 with all the taxes they add. Besides that, my stay was very nice and I look forward to starring again.
Nice facility but it is dated a little bit older. The banquet staff and bar staff were very good and very accommodating. Tammy my bartender made me a really good margarita. I would recommend that if you stay here you did not get a hotel room that faces towards the freeway it is very loud. Their pools look very clean although I did not have the time to take advantage of it this time.
Comfortable beds. Aging and somewhat dated but clean. Pet friendly but they do charge $20 per pet per night and breakfast is an additional $12. Try and get a room on the back side of the building as it is right on the main highway through Phoenix. Front desk is very accommodating. Not all rooms have refrigerator or microwave so be sure to ask if you need them.
The staff makes it all amazing! Great hospitality and service from checkin to the restaurant and Starbucks! I was personally greeted every time I walked by the front desk. I would recommend an outdoor facing room if you are sensitive to the smell of the chemicals from the indoor pool, but they were very accommodating to this request. Others have mentioned concerns, but my room had a mini fridge and well working bathrooms. Nothing seemed too outdated, in fact the bathroom was very nice with a rainfall showerhead. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel!
