First of all, this is the new flagship restaurant for Chef Binkley. Tasting menu only, reservations required.
Let me state that I have eaten in fine dining restaurants all over the world, and have owned and operated a fine dining restaurant. Chef Binkley has scored a home-run with this restaurant - without question. It is one of the most creative, flavorful meals that I have had in a long time. My hearty congratulations to the chef for having developed and executed a fantastic experience...and it's an experience, not just a meal.
Our evening was 24 courses. We moved about the restaurant to three separate dining environments - patio, bar, and open kitchen dining area. Service was flawless and each course a build to a very interesting conclusion. It was a long evening, perhaps approaching 5 hours, but the time passed quickly and there was never a wait for the next course. Wine pairings were great (three levels offered). Can't miss with whatever level you choose, although I would suggest the middle (sommelier level), or the top end (chef level). Outstanding selections.
This is not an inexpensive evening. Reservations are $160 each with wine pairings of $85, $130 and $190, but IMHO well worth the experience.
My hope is that Phoenix can support this level of creativity and excellence in dining. It is definitely worth it.

I was going to wait to write a review because I was sure that the reaction I had to an amazing evening could not be as wonderful as I was feeling. Celebrating a birthday close to Christmas has always been a challenge especially living in Indiana where snow storms can disrupt plans. Binkleys made this birthday an amazing evening with 20 plates served with individual attention to each table celebrating a special event or maybe celebrating being together. Especially appreciated being able to not only watch the kitchen finishing and plating but having the opportunity to go into the kitchen and speak to Chef River who was preparing the White Truffle Butterkin Risotto. Seeing Chef Kevin Binkley walk our serving of amazing certified Wagyu beef to our table in addition to a serving of Leg of Lamb that he had shared previously whole to each table telling why that lamb was being served was totally unexpected and felt very personal feeling his excitement and passion as he spoke of his presented dish. I could go on and on the whole evening was perfect beyond expectation I appreciate that my husband found the perfect place to celebrate this birthday. At some point in the evening we agreed this would be our celebration site.
Final surprise was a Binkley bag with mementos of the night including a personalized menu and the wine list and the actual 3 page certification of the Japanese Black Ox ID 1347265848 that contributed to a memory that will be revisited many times. Oh yes, thank you Chef River for a gift of Risotto !!!
Had an absolutely amazing time last night at Binkley's. The food, atmosphere, and staff were all phenomenal. Obviously, people may shy away because of the price, but if you are able you should definitely try it. You're paying for the entire experience, which was fantastic from beginning to end. We were worried we might not get full because the plates seemed so tiny, but you get so much food throughout the meal that it adds up and you feel completely satisfied by the end of that experience. Also, my friends and I were worried at first about the place being too pretentious and us being underdressed but it was so homey and inviting. Business causal was just fine. We got to relax, laugh, be loud, and enjoy amazing food in a secluded dining area. Highly recommend! We will definitely be going back to check out the new menus throughout the year.
What a place! The food was great, service was incredible! If you are looking for a special place to try, do it, you won’t regret it!
We just had our fourth visit here, one for each season! This is an incredible food experience - think of it like an wild theme park where you get some of the most amazing flavors and ideas ever created. They do a fantastic job here, the atmosphere is extraordinarily welcoming, especially for the price point, and it’s overall just a completely fabulous experience. Anyone who enjoys food should make Binkley’s a bucket list item for sure, you will thoroughly enjoy it!
This is an unparalleled experience and specialty dining spot that is simply incredible and a must go to when in Phoenix~ My husband and I first went on a date in 2021 then took his parent with us again in June '22.
The atmosphere is to die for; the food is a molecular dream. The head chef and the kitchen is able to be viewed from the tables. Their wall of spices is incredible! Everything has been touched by a special hand and the service it delightful.
From beginning to end, this lovely former house is a truly Michelin starred worthy restaurant. We paid extra for the foie gras, the Wagyu (which came with the Japanese paperwork!) and caviar which added some serious flair.
The entire dining experience is just that: an EXPERIENCE on every level!

First off, I would like to say I have never quite had a dining experience like this! This is such an amazing place and the experience leaves you on the edge of your seat as they bring out 12 different courses, meaning you have over 32 bites and drinks of the most amazing food ever.
The flavors and mixtures of different foods and the infusions of all things edible is simply indescribable. The experience lasts somewhere around 3 hours and the time flies as they keep amazing you with each new bite. The portions are just right. You will not leave feeling bloated and stuffed busting out of your pants. However, you will feel like you just experienced food like never before put together in the most mind blowing manner. Just simply amazingly.
They have a preset menu and you are at their mercy, not one disappointment came from this team of food geniuses! My wife and I can not wait to go back. I Highly recommend this experience to anyone who appreciates different food and big twists with flavor like you have never had. kudos to all of the Binkley team. You guys really make magic happen in your kitchen!
This is the best restaurant in Arizona. I've eaten at many Michelin starred restaurants all over the world, and this ranks among the best. Exceptionally creative food that always tastes amazing. This is not a restaurant to go for weekly family night out, but it is perfect for any special occasion, or just having a mind blowing gustatory experience. Lots of small bites, and all so good you will not be able to pick one favorite.
Incredible experience, amazing food, fantastic service! I rarely take the time to write reviews but this one deserves it! You feel like you are dining with family- very comfortable intimate atmosphere. The staff is gracious, knowledgeable, and passionate. The food is something I’ve never experienced before- unique, creative, delicious. The ingredients are high quality and carefully sourced. Some things even came from their own garden! My husband and I are very thoughtful about what we spend our money on and we both agree this experience was well worth the money. Thank you Binkley’s!

Words can’t describe how special this experience was! It was truly unique, unbelievably good and we loved every second. It was the perfect place to take my dad for his birthday. Unforgettable!
What a phenomenal food experience. Creative food presented in a way probably never seen. However, the entire staff makes the food approachable, never being pretentious. If you love food and the culinary arts, this is one place you MUST experience.
Being in the industry, I generally don't review local restaurants, but to call Binkley's a restaurant is akin to calling a Bugatti just a car. Both are works of art. If you can, experience what can be done with food in the hands of a master.
