We have come here for take out and decided to eat in. Everything was delicious. Their Pad Thai and Chicken Fried rice are still the best I’ve ever had.
The fresh rolls were exactly that, fresh. The crab Rangoon were amazing. The kids loved the chicken satay. The orange chicken was probably our least favorite of the night. However, it was still very good. The breading was light but still crunchy! We will definitely be back.
Delicious and fresh. I asked for medium-high heat and the spice level came out perfectly. Very authentic food with a nice atmosphere for dining inside. The service didn't feel rushed and was timed nicely per course.
I am a Thai chef for almost 15 years that moved to Phoenix not long ago from LA and I have been going around trying different places. I am so surprised by the wonderful and authentic quality here and was so happy to have a chance to eat the food of the Chef here. His name is Chef Siamhat. He knows what he is doing and his 20 years experience shows it! Krachai Thai Kitchen is first class Thai food!
This is one of the few great authentic Thai pad food establishments here in Phoenix👌. Of all the authentic Asian delicacies, if you're one of those people who feel boxed into the everyday franchises such as Panda Express, this place will ease you into a smooth transition of authenticity and mouthwatering delightment. It's got a cozy kitchen feel, and the size of the dishes is a bargain in terms of taste and quality in comparison to the franchised competitors.
Delicious food, very fast service. You can customize the spice level, and it gets pretty hot. I got the panang curry, which was excellent. The vegetables were nicely cooked, and the sauce was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy.
My favorite Thai place in the valley. The ambiance is cozy and quite, the staff are friendly enough. Food is the main standout, we always get yellow curry and pad Thai, so granted we only get two things. That being said those two things are always made perfectly, which leads me to assume the other entries are on par. It’s a little slow at times which is the only negative thing I have to say. Overall I would recommend giving this place a try!
I stop in about once a week for the yellow curry lunch special. I love Krachai Thai tea, it’s probably my favorite thai tea that I’ve had. Jaycee is super sweet and I love to see her each time I stop by
Very very tasty Thai food, I enjoyed the Thai beer a lot too. Jaycee was so sweet and nice and wonderful, and even brought me extra spiciness to add to my fried rice! Reasonable prices and cute waitresses are the keys to my heart. I really enjoyed it, would definitely recommend

We had 3 dishes: beef salad, crab fried rice, tom yum soup w/shrimps. All tasty and zesty.
Their spice jars are clean and well stocked: thai chili w/fish sauce, dry chilly powder, oil chili, and Sriracha. Fish sauce chili is my favorite.
Level 2 or 3 on spiciness bring out the flavor the best, I usually prefer very hot.
Food is awesome. Jaycee is always good to us.
