Papa Johns Pizza

I received a coupon from Papajohn for a not so good experience. So I received a coupon to redeem a 2 topping large pizza. I missed out on it n it expired. So I called corporate to seek a reissue of the coupon. I got a young from India n she said I should call a store n KY to speak someone there. I told that the coupon came from KY. So instead of a simple resolution, she said call KY. I told her I live in AZ & why would I call there.. So whoever this person is she’s anti- customer service. Needless to say no closer to a resolution b4 I called.. Why is this lady assisting consumers!!

Been eating at this Papa John's location for many years. Pizza is consistently tasty and served hot. The Papadias are definitely unique and worth trying. I really enjoyed the Italian Papadia and was fantastic! You can also customize your own. I recently starting ordering the gluten-free pizza. Tasted wonderful and would absolutely recommend especially if you love thin crust. I just wish more than the medium size were available. Finally, you have to try the OREO Papa Bites for dessert. They are spectacular especially with the icing dip sauce! They are like the garlic knots which are probably my favorite item from the menu. Enjoy!

This place deserves a higher rating. We've ordered it about five times and its been amazing every time. Always hot/fresh, taste delicious. The papa pairings is a really good deal, plus you can get a giant cookie that is fire. Way better than the other pizza spots around here. P.S. Don't forget the garlic sauce.

Alex is amazing. Really cares about his customers and did not make us feel rushed at all. Made my order exactly as I wanted it and it was hot and perfe t. Ask for Alex, he will make sure you get what you ordered. Alex was professional and prompt and made me feel as if I was the most important customer. He was friendly, service with a smile. If all Papa John's employees were trained by Alex, there would be no competition for pizza companies.
