Starbucks

I love how as soon as I walked in, the staff immediately greeted and welcomed everyone in such a nice, warm, and friendly manner. The person who took my order was super patient with everyone and maintained such a positive attitude and energy throughout the entire day, no matter how tired the workers could've been. The service is fast, and the brought our drinks out quickly! Nice place to sit (although there's not many chairs) and talk. I loved the atmosphere and how nice everyone was. One of the best starbucks experiences I've ever had probably.

I love that as soon as I walk into this Starbucks, Matt (the person who took my order) greeted everyone as they walk in who was super welcoming and charismatic. The staff were super quick and all orders tasted great. I had a venti chai latte that slipped from my hand, so I went back inside to get another one but Matt immediately took care of it and didn’t even let me pay which he made for me right away as he took other people’s orders. Excellent customer experience and service I got from here.

Though I live a few blocks away, I'd never come here, because it's been too cold to want to walk, and I hate how busy small locations in the city are. I ordered ahead of time on the app, and when I got there, it was packed. I legit didn't even see how I'd get in the door. But then someone left, so I slipped in, and sort of awkwardly sneaked around the groups of people and, thankfully, my drink was waiting at the mobile pickup! It was made PERFECTLY, and not all Starbucks do this right. I've been to ones far less busy who somehow completely mess it up. Anyway, this place was good, and I'll definitely be returning.

I came in today to study at this Starbucks location. The man who greeted me was extremely friendly and kind! He was very personable and that's the type of person I want to be served by. The lady who made my drink was also very efficient and kind. I will be back to this Starbucks because their employees know how to treat their customers. Thank you! :)
