My husband and I have been ordering birthday cakes from this bakery for years and they never disappoint. The service is professional and friendly always and the cake is always fresh and tasty and designed to our liking. I am always very happy with my orders. Never had a problem with this business.

This is absolutely one of the best Italian Bakery I've ever seen in Philadelphia I'm telling you for cakes are delicious 😋 the cheese cake I brought was outstanding! Hats off to the Baker and all the employees they were great 💯 I will definitely go back when I'm having a special event 🤗 because this place can be addictive 😂 I'm trying to watch my sugar in take . 💕

We used to go here a lot and it was great. I suppose like everything, things change. The service was superb. The cake I ordered had to be redone a little. The mistakes made on the cake were amateur mistakes, nothing a bakery of this stature should allow. I will say they did fix the cake and it came out nice. It was the look of it at first that was concerning. I still say it's an good place. However, they have to do better with the presentation of the cake to customers.

Cupcakes were sooo good!! I got twin toppings for my babyshower and everyone loved them! Sooo cute 🥰 i think it was a bit high priced for 24 of these cupcakes but i loved them so whatever lol! Service was great oh and their cheesecakes are sooo delicious even the sugar free ones!!!

Cakes are always delicious 🤤. Cakes, cupcakes, or any sweets from there are always delicious. For the questions below, I’ll answer them here because it does not apply to them.
It’s a bakery restaurant, not a regular food restaurant.
Take out, no dine in. You eat sweets whenever. Spending depends on what you want. Cupcakes are ~$1.50. Street meter parking.
They take EBT payments, credit cards or other cards and cash. If ordering online or over the phone, cannot use EBT as a form of payment.
They do designs for the cakes. It’s always busy, which says a lot about the quality of their deserts.

The oteri bakery is outstanding!!! Still the same amazing treats for over the 20 years I've been visiting..they had the birthday cake right there ready & fresh as a walk in order !! I even got custom writing .. in & out in under 10 mins & the bestest fresh candy apple I have ever had ..

I have been getting my sons cake from Oteris for 8 years (this will be the 9th) they are so professional, and the cakes are amazing. I never had an issue. We also buy other stuff and its all delicious. I am definitely a life long customer. Thank you guys for making my son, and his special day happy every year.
