I highly recommend PTG for their food and service. We ordered dinner (chicken franchise and eggplant rolatini) and it was fantastic! The food was so tasty and cooked fresh for us. You can easily tell that these folks know what they are doing. Amanda was super professional and friendly both when I placed the order and when we picked it up. I also highly recommend getting their bruschetta and the truffle mashed potatoes

The best part of our wedding (apart from getting married of course!) was Gil's catering. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was warm, flexible, and so helpful in every way. He made sure his staff was just like that too - so truly the catering and venue setup couldn't have been smoother. He is an excellent chef - the food was absolutely delicious. And he was an expert in logistics, so everything was ready and perfect well ahead of schedule. I couldn't recommend him enough!

I had PTG cater my wedding this year. I loved them. Somehow Gil strikes a perfect balance between personal touches and professional expertise. The food was impeccable and the service was legendary -- Gil made sure my husband and I were fed even in the chaotic whirlwind of the wedding. My husband and I had some ethnic side-dish requests that he accommodated as well. He didn't have to, but he went the extra mile for us. There is no other caterer in the area that matches PTG's excellence -- it just so happens that they are also the most reasonable option as well. They alleviated my wedding stress a hundredfold. They are experts and it shows.

Gill and his staff just catered my wedding and everything was AMAZING! Everyone I talked to afterwards raved about how delicious the appetizers, dinner, and dessert were. His team was professional & friendly. Gill is also friendly and so easy to work work!! I will continue to use him for all events that need to be catered!
