Applebee's

I come here all the time after work, and I usually never have any issues because I sit at the bar where I am either served by the brown skinned lady who wears braids sometimes or the other guy who works there on week days around 5:00 or so. I can tell that both of them truly care about the customer service that is being provided at the establishment. The lady is my favorite, she is so nice, professional and ATTENTIVE!! The food isn't that bad either, but I am mostly writing this review to praise the bartenders. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. Your boss needs to know how great of a job you are doing so that you can get a raise because you are a major asset to that team and you keep me coming back! If I knew your name I would gladly add it in, but from what I know there aren't that many bartenders there who work during happy hour.

The food was great. They did forget my fries. But when we returned for them. The manager compensated me with a 10 dollars off my next visit without me even having to put up a fuss. Sometimes mistakes are made but when you acknowledge and own your mistake and then take steps to make it better. In my book that is a grade A establishment.

We had a waiter (Vince) that was the absolute best. Our food came out on time and was delicious. This establishment is not wheelchair accessible there are about 4 or 5 steps total to enter. If you need parking, since construction is happening there is no street parking nearby so you would have to use a parking lot which cost about $20-$25.

The Bourbon Steak was fabulous with the Shrimp Parmesan 👌😋 on top!! The red potatoes were done just right! The service was slow and could have been more personable. Even after hitting the call button I still had to call the server to introduce and take our orders. Atmosphere was awesome. Very layed back and peaceful even with the kids who were at other tables!!!
