Fast service, great food (it's not gourmet obviously but it's great for fast food and not outrageously expensive). Carmel frappe is fckn amazing, best sweet tea of any fast food place
Regardless of being short staffed and very busy (Halloween night) service was still quick, management wasn't screaming at staff, staff was very friendly and attentive. Order was made correctly and quickly

Crew member working Saturday 8-12-23 1:30 pm was outstanding and very helpful. We where having a issue with the kiosks and she was so very informative and helpful and I felt less embarrassed about using it my son just wanted a blue raspberry icee and was upset cause I didn’t know how to order it on here.. thank you so much Brittany
I'm not one to care or expects quality from a fast food chain of any name or any brand. But the food from McDonald's on nine Mile road was very very delicious and looked like a million dollars you guys nailed it thank you

Fast and quick went home and was missing half my order but that was my bad for not checking my bag before leaving. Went back and they fixed the problem awesome crew
Food was hot and fresh, customer service was poor but not unexpected at this location.
What can you say, it's fast-food. I still love a Big Mac n fries once in a while.
I took my grandmother to this restaurant during lunch today. We were in the drive thru. My grandmother is 89 and she thought she wanted the Big Mac meal but when she was about to pay for it she decided on something else. I was like oh no I was scared to tell the woman that my grandma changed her mind because it was so busy. The brown skin girl with the braids was so sweet and understanding she took time with my grandmother order and did not get annoyed at all. She is very sweet and has a great caring personality. Thanks for treating my grandmother right.
