Great as always. I had the fish, lumpia and halo halo for desert. My wife had the Curry Curry. GREAT food reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
Not the best I've ever had but good food for a good price. The people were very friendly and we were served pretty quickly. I LOVED the lumpia.
Hole in the wall? Yes. Small menu? Yes. Small number of tables? Yes. Amazing and authentic Filipino food? Absolutely! This is a Pensacola gem. Don't let the decor or limited options fool you. This place is great eats. And they don't charge an arm and a leg either!
Good Filipino food. Nice selection and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Filipino restaurant.
Susan's rock. I love the food, reminds me of growing up in Hawaii!
Excellent food, great prices!
Very good Filipino food, fair prices, friendly, would recommend
A good hole in the wall Filipino restaurant that's owned by Susan. She cooks to order the food by either dining in or calling ahead to order to be picked up. Nice little cozy house that she turned into an eatery. While you eat you can watch TFC or she'll let you sing Karaoke if she has it set up.
Legit. Food was awesome and the atmosphere is cozy. Feels like you just walked into someone's house. Reasonably priced, too. Will be back soon.
Delicious food. Wonderful owners. Large servings. Very personal experience. When she offers to serve "family style", say yes. That way, you get to try different things with partner, family, etc. Next time we go, instead of ordering, I plan on asking her to cook what she wants to cook for us. It's like eating at your beloved grandmother's house.
The people were very nice and just made you feel so welcomed and at home. The food was great and they didn't charge an arm and a leg. You can tell that the food was made from scratch and not the powder mixes. Definitely recommend and will be back often!
It's basically like eating at home. The owner makes you feel so welcomed, and it's very casual. The walls are lined with pictures from her past birthdays while Filipino soap operas play in the background while you chow down on some amazing lumpia. While they do have a regular menu of Filipino dishes like pancit, check out their daily specials because it's worth it. It's a small place, but it's all the more cozy for it.
This place is a real hidden jewel I LOVE their food. I happened to stop one day after grocery shopping and have been every other week since. They have great adobo. Would recommend this to anyone looking for real authentic Filipino food.
The food from this place is ABSOLUTELY fabulous. Susan is so fun to talk to and she makes the best Filipino food in the whole UNITED STATES. Get your butts in there for the best lumpia you've ever had
You step into the Philippines... Wonderful food, wonderful service. If you are going with a group of 5 or more, call ahead so they can get started. Get a nice sample meal for everyone to enjoy.
I wished I lived in Pensacola, i'd eat at Susan's everyday. Once you walk in the door it's like stepping back to my visits in the Philippines and being at your grandma's house being served supper. The food is excellent and the conversation is pleasant. Made me miss visiting my wife before we married and made her miss home. Visited on 5/17/3
The food was fantastic and authentic. Minus 1 star for the dining room which was cramped, dated and smelled of sewage. It was like being back in the Phillipines.
