From Emma @ host to Alyssa @ the table, service was on point and excellent. First time dining here tonight. The suggestions were perfect. Drinks alone are worth a second trip. Highly recommend. We sat outside tonight due to seating for busy night. Loved the atmosphere. Will be back.

This place is amazing. The food is sooo good. The bartender was amazing. The only issue I have was the host didn't seem as if she wanted to seat us. The side tables were available and she didn't offer for us to get on the list to wait. We watched an empty high table for some time and we ended up getting a seat at the bar and the table stayed empty for the duration of our time at the restaurant.

09/09/23 they’ve moved to a sweet new location! Bartenders Christian and Poppy last night deserve a darn raise. They are artists with their craft. Awesome service from everyone we interacted with. Food is 11/10 👩🏻‍🍳💋

Food was good, different in a good way. I like when the food is right seasoned and not bland, but this was a little bit overwhelming. We ate the scotch egg, it was a little bit to salty. My husband ate the pork shank, was really good, reminded me on Bavaria. My Korean chicken wings tasted too much Soja, and salt. We would still go back👍.

This place, ohh is hands down one of the best we've had so far as we've eaten at quite a few places in Pensacola. From the drinks to the exquisite food, this place is fun. Come hungry because you're going to want to try everything. From the special of the night which was a 22oz ribeye with a delightful crawfish cream sauce complimented by a housemade chimichurri and neatly fried potatoes to the salads that are stacked with generous portions. Ohh and the bang for your buck isn't bad either. Service was a little slow but it's probably due to it being extremely busy and hot because the power had gone out earlier in the day due to a storm. Trust me when I say this, try this place. We will definitely be back.

Union Public House stands as a beacon of culinary excellence, a haven where gastronomic dreams are not just met, but vastly exceeded. From the moment one steps through its welcoming doors, the service emerges as nothing short of phenomenal – a delightful symphony of attentiveness, warmth, and expertise. Each staff member, an ambassador of hospitality, ensures that your dining experience is both memorable and unparalleled. The pièce de résistance of my visit was, without a doubt, the Crispy Pork Shank. This dish, a masterful blend of textures and flavors, was a testament to the kitchen's prowess. The pork, cooked to a tantalizing crispness, fell off the bone with the gentlest nudge. Its companions on the plate – a luxuriously smoked potato mash, exquisitely sautéed Brussels sprouts, and an ingenious bacon and onion marmalade – were not mere sides, but co-stars in this gustatory showpiece. The jus, a rich, velvety river of flavor, perfectly tied all these elements together, creating a harmony of tastes that danced on the palate. Equally impressive was the Crispy Fried Quail, a dish that eloquently speaks of the kitchen's flair for innovation and respect for tradition. The quail, succulent and flawlessly seasoned, sat atop a bed of Cajun red beans and dirty rice – a nod to Southern comfort with a refined twist. The grainy mustard and honey gastrique added a delightful piquancy, while the pickled peppers provided a zesty counterpoint that cut through the richness. The fresh herb crunch, a brilliant final touch, added a textural contrast that elevated the dish from excellent to sublime. Union Public House is more than a restaurant; it's a culinary journey that one must embark on in Pensacola. No matter what graces your plate, rest assured, it will be a dish crafted with the utmost care, skill, and passion. It's a place where every bite tells a story, every dish is a celebration, and every visit leaves you yearning for more. In essence, Union Public House is not just a dining experience; it's a gastronomic revelation.

This was our first time at Union Public House. My girlfriend and I had dinner before staying downtown for nice night out. The food was very delicious and properly portioned. The atmosphere was perfect. ( We sat on the patio). Our server, Kenzie, was amazing and very insightful. I'm sure she was tired of all of our questions but she answered every question and was beyond helpful. I believe my girlfriend and I have found a new restaurant. Highly recommend.

No reservation on Friday means party of 4 must linger for an hour, and so... drinks at the bar! The space is a bit crowded for that but passable. There were many tables available, but perhaps a limited number of waitstaff on duty. A table opened up on the hour and then service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Wings & pups were delicious starters - get both. Pork shank was crispy outside, tender inside. The burger was good and a substantial size. The only dud was the scallops. Nothing wrong with them, just nothing to write about. We'll skip those on the next visit, but will certainly go back.
