When we relocated to Pensacola our goal was to find decent Italian food. Our new neighbors recommended Petrella's and decided to try it. The place has an old school feel which we loved immediately. Amazed at how welcoming the restaurant employees were to us newcomers. Especially our server Kelly was just fantastic. We've become huge fans.

We were a party of 4. It was actually very crowded for a Tuesday, and there was a long line ahead of us. We waited outside but the wait wasn’t long. We were seated by our waitress, Kelly. She was very friendly and took great care of us by filling up our drinks, when needed, offering drinks to go, describing dishes, suggesting what to order, etc. For appetizers, we ordered the Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks and the Calamari. However, we first received our sides, that were included with our appetizers ordered; you can choose a salad or their Soup of the Day. The salad was fresh and yummy. The breadsticks were delicious and my husband’s personal favorite part of the meal. We then ordered their Chicken Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatballs, and a combo of Spaghetti with Meatballs, Chicken Parmesan, and Spaghetti with Meat-sauce. Everything was great, except the meatballs. They were not very tasty. However, everything else was mouthwatering. My personal favorite was the Fettuccine! I realized, towards the end of our meal, why everyone walks out with plates to go in bags; their food portions are huge! And not only the huge portions, but so many sides included. We all could not finish our food, as delightful as it was. Highly recommend everyone to try this place.
Such an amazing dinner, atmosphere, and service. I can see why the ratings and word of mouth is fantastic! Monday is Spaghetti and meatballs night for $8.99 plus other weekly deals too!
Authentic Italian fare. So impressed with the service. This place is a well-oiled machine. Portion sizes are admirable, we eat our fill and still take home a box. We gave a 25% tip-- that's how good the service was!!
Ok so im usually extremely critical of my dining experience but this place!!! Oh my God. They check off all of the Good boxes! From the service to the , quality of the food and the warm family atmosphere this place is perfect! And the fact i was allowed to customize my Entree just to my liking was even more fantastic! This place is a solid winner! 10/10!!!! I was literally looking a nice bite for me and my wifes anniversary and this experience made it unforgettable! Will definitely be coming back again and again. My family and I just left and I couldn't wait to leave a review! Petrella's blew every expectation we had out of the water. So good. Got the crab cakes, stuffed grouper, fried flounder, chicken rigatoni, lasagna, and tuxedo cake. Everything was amazing, down to the soup that came with our entrees. The waitress was wonderful too, wish I remembered her name to mention!
Went there for lunch on Thursday and they were a little busy but were pretty fast. Costumer service was great. Our waitress was awesome she was very attentive. Food was great, I had a lasagna and my son had a fettuccine Alfredo. It’s a nice restaurant over all.
This place was delicious to say the least. If your goal is to be full when you leave this place goes above and beyond. The cheese sticks were amazing. My chicken alfredo was so good. A bit in the oily side but i would not say overwhelmingly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

eggplant parm sub fettuccine Alfredo, loved how thinly sliced/slightly breaded the eggplant was , with layers of sauce
Got personal pizza and the dough was homemade but not too thick. Cheese was real
Then a classic spaghetti with meat sauce = all enough for 3 ppl and 2 meals each.
Salads / best homemade ranch.
