We typically order from another place but they are closed on Monday's so we figured we would try somewhere new. Ordered online and pick up time was for 6:30. My husband gets there and he pays and then they just start cooking his food. He didn’t get our food until 7:05. Not busy and unsure why they waited over 20 minutes from ordering to start our food. The general Tso chicken was honey chicken, no where close to general tso. We will never go back because of the lack of consideration for other people’s time.

Our favorite place to grab Chinese food! Not every restaurant has the variety they do - it's hard to find my favorite dish, Honey Walnut Chicken; but they have it and it's the best! Very rarely have we had a complaint about our order.

It’s a shame that I can only give this place 2 stars; the food is fresh, the prices are great…. The lady taking orders RUDE. She had a very short and agitated tone, as if I were annoying her by being there. She cut her eyes when I asked if I may have some plastic wear. Yikes

This place has gone down hill majorly.
My cheese steak egg roll was very tiny and had barley any filling in it.
I ordered a House special Lol mein and was given what appeared to be just a vegetable lo mein.
Very disappointed.
Will never be returning to this location.

We moved here a year ago and tried most of the places around us. Joy Inn is our go to now because they are always consistent and the food is great each time.

I always order take out and the delivery is always very quick. We have several restaurants in the area with similar menu's but this one has the best of everything I have tried so far! (and I did order the same meals from 4 places to taste test.) I will not order from anywhere else now when I want Chinese food.

Food was ready on time. Ordered to go but the seating area looked fairly clean so I wouldn't mind eating in at some point. Huge lunch portion, definitely worth the price.They don't specify but the soup is wonton unless otherwise noted. You can swap out the rice for lo mein upcharge. Fried rice was a little bland but otherwise great experience. I think this and China Taste are probably the better Asian food establishments in town.
