Arby's

For the second time I get half my order right...whats going on guys ya need to pay better attention...YES I CHECK MY BAGS NOW because of the lack of energy it takes to put the whole order in a bag. I understand I work next door at the Marathon so I get how busy it can get but come on y'all I pay over $22 every visit and stop by at least 2x a week because i love the food but the customer service has went down hill. Even the pl at the window aren't as friendly anymore. I shouldn't have to check my bag for accuracy that's part of YOUR job but guess we have to now in order to get what we paid for.

We stopped to try the new wagyu burger. I got the bacon ranch my wife had the deluxe. We were not impressed. The burger was tough on the outside and too pink on the inside even after we asked for medium well. The meat had little taste and had a strange texture. We would recommend getting a roast beef instead. Go to 2 Sisters in Ashville for a great burger.

After my order, my son placed his order, a Buffalo chicken slider. I asked for some red ranch sauce, and watched the employee drop the container cup of sauce on the floor, picked it up and put it in the bag with the slider. The slider sits in a paper cup that's open with food being exposed. She hand me the bad and I said "I know you didn't pick that off the floor and put it in the bad." She said "oh here's another one." Then handed me another condiment cup. As if that was the problem. If anyone reading this and don't see the problem...shame on you. I will never go back to Arby's.

I pulled up to the drive thru speaker after closing time & the lady on the speaker I believe her name was tiffany. She served me even after they were closed . I told her she didn’t have to but she insisted to serve me . I had a great experience on Thursday night 02/03/22 . She had great customer service. This is for the pell city store
