Hardee's

Came to hardee's for the second time no other car was in the Drive thru they told me to please wait after they took my order which was 4 butter biscuits I get to the window. and they try to give me a Frisco which was not my order when I did get my order it was 4 biscuits no jam and I had ask for eight packs. Opened the biscuits they were so dry and they had butter over the top just sitting on top of the biscuit it was put on after they cooled. I am not from pell city I work here this restaurant does not have a good reputation but it seriously needs better supervision kids ca not run a restaurant. I did not get a receipt to do a survey or I would have.

Disgusting!! Wait time ridiculous! Received wrong order! Ran out of hard taco shells at 12:15 lunch hour. Hamburger meat looked nasty. Threw in trash. I will never go back again. Appears to be a front for some other operation. It is certainly not fast food nor edible food. Close the doors immediately!

Waited in line for 30 minutes and finally when the fourth customer that came in after we did got their food I walked up to the counter only to realize that our order hadn't even been made. The two kids out front were new and still learning but the manager wasn't helping them learn and even yelled at one of the kids for messing up on an order. She needs to learn how to treat her employees and her customers. (Short black haired woman didn't get her name though).

Sign says under new management, guess it's going to be a wait and see. Still skeleton crew, noone trained, takes 25 minutes to get food and still have to go back inside for things not in the bag. Hardees use to be the best place to eat in our town, until the last menu change. That Mexican menu is just disgusting!! Please bring back the Roast Beef!!

Close at 9pm means 9pm not 830pm .. rude staff and nasty toilets too. I've been here 3 timed in the last week (the 4th was at 830pm with the door locked and staff laughing as I tried the door) and every time I had a long wait and the staff are more interested in whose turn it is for a cigarette break. ...they have lost me as a customer I'll never be back

Horrible-- I will not going back there. It took 20 minutes to get my food and I was the only one in line. They told me they had to research to see how to make the nachos supreme because noone there knew how. The stuff they put on it was running. There was no sour cream and loaded with jalapeños and I asked for none. The person took 15 minutes to even acknowledge I was waiting in the drive-thru and then she was smacking on gum when trying to take my money. I had said in the past I would never go back but I decided to give them another chance. I won't make that mistake again.
