Baskin-robbins

This is my favorite ice cream and I have to drive 45 minutes just to get my fix. I call in ahead of time and have them prepare my order before I get there and place it in the back freezer. They are normally very accommodating to my request and I tip generously because I don't have to sit there and wait. The store is very clean and the employees always greet me with a smile.

For some reason, they never have Rocky Road when I go! also, I noticed that a lot of the ice cream has frostbite on it, which really affects the taste. This particular store, does a terrible job with a variety of flavors. It seems like every time we go, there is a plethora of exotic varieties, but never enough of the staple and most popular ice creams that people come for!

4-20-19, I went to Baskin Robbins with my family through the drive through and wanted a rainbow sherbet ice cream, they didn’t have it, then I said ok cookies and cream, didn’t have it and they don’t have good customer service at all. Then I just ordered a regular chocolate milkshake and it was literally milk. Won’t be going back for a while.

Stopped in from a trip we were on, took almost 20 minutes to place our order (super busy), but the product was excellent and very tasty! This building is a combo Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin' Doughnuts, Little Caesar's pizza. Drove past it twice looking for a stand alone 😂. Would definitely come here often if it was closer to me! Girl behind the counter was super nice!

This was definitely a different experience for me, maybe because of where we were. I don't usually go near Pell City, but we had not had Baskin Robbins in years and were excited to experience it with my family. The server had long hair and hairy arms and NO GLOVES! They had him working the register. He was touching the money and the actual cones (not on the paper part). His arms and fingers were touching the inside of the tubs of ice cream. I asked him politely to wash his hands before preparing my cone and I totally offened him. He was whispering rude things to the other workers about me who wore gloves.
