I recently dined II Cortile for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend sitting inside to fully experience the ambiance. Our server, Jason, was a true gem. He was well-educated on the menu items and had excellent recommendations. It was a pleasure to learn that the restaurant is a father-son food collaboration, adding a special touch to the experience.
We tried a variety of dishes, and I must say that each one had a unique and distinct flavor profile. If you're looking for a high-end dining experience, this place is a fantastic choice. Whether you're going for a special occasion or a romantic date, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend it!
One more thing worth mentioning is that this restaurant offers some fantastic truffle dishes with a generous amount of truffle. If you're a truffle enthusiast, you're in for a real treat here. Don't miss out on these delectable truffle-infused offerings during your visit!
PS. End your experience with fruit tart, it will tie your entire experience together.
The overall dining experience was enjoyable, especially the salad and the high-quality cheese. However, the lasagna fell short of expectations. On a slightly disappointing note, it was my birthday, and I hadn't anticipated a charge for the dessert; it would have been nicer if it were complimentary.
Everything was amazing, drinks, food, service. We didn't have a reservation but waited and sat at the bar. Special was a sea bass that was so good I will likely order everywhere I go and will be disappointed it wasn't as good as this one. Excellent tiramisu. Overall I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area. I'm posting pictures of our empty plates... We'll be back.

Had dinner for a friend’s birthday trip. The food was excellent!!! We scarfed down our appetizers before we could take photos!
The Osso Buco was superb and practically fell off the bone without a knife!
My friends had the sea bass and squid ink pasta and enjoyed every bite.
Had a bottle of Eberle from one of the local wineries.
I ended my meal with amaro and it brought back memories of my Italian vacation this summer!

Great Italian fare, with rich and savory menu options. Service was professional, helpful, and pleasant.
We had the poached egg with black truffle, which was bursting with umame and richness. The paste bottarga was equally fantastic, after mixing in the bottarga each bite was better than the last.
Also, great old fashioned cocktail.
We'll be back for more.
Food was good.. not amazing. Parpadelle was flavorful, though the sauce was a little too creamy. The salad was good, too - lemony.
The tables are tight and small.
Our server was very helpful and social.
What a terrific birthday dinner. Filet Mignon was perfect, Branzino was excellent, grilled octopus tender, and the carpaccio with truffles was the best I have ever tasted!

The food was so delicious. Probably our best meal we have had in Paso. But above the food, what really made our experience standout was our server Rick. Having a late reservation (10pm) at most places, there’s a high likelihood you’ll feel rushed and unappreciated by the restaurant. Rick made our dining experience the exact opposite of that. He took the time to recommend a fantastic wine that paired great with our truffle selections, walked us through the menu highlighting some favorites, and even recognized our friends birthday at the end with a special treat. All of this while staying engaged throughout our service, being a pseudo tour guide for local places to check out, and maintaining the fun vibes of our day with his humor. It was a memorable night and we will definitely return on our next trip to Paso.
Had a really nice experience with the hostess and server. Thanks for accommodating us at your outside seating. Also, the Buratta app was outstanding. And try the truffle risotto if they have it when you visit. So so so tasty.

Our waiter Frank was great! He took care of us from start to finish, was attentive and patient with us even though the dining room was packed! Ordered the veal chop with chefs choice temp and it came out immaculate (fats rendered properly with seared outside) it was tender! My honey had squid ink pasta she liked it but would probably give it a 4/5. We had the opportunity to share this wonderful food with our friends who were also celebrating their 22nd Anniversary! The lava cake had a great wiggle when it came out but it was 30 seconds over there was no lava flow coming from the cake. The inside was quite moist and it was still tasty just no flow of chocolate. I’ll be back to try more things and give that Lava Cake another chance!
