Reef’s Restaurant

I hate to say it, but we didn't order that much food...and it was all fabulous! I was a little taken aback by the small menu, but when everything is done to perfection, it doesn't need to be longer! I had the Eggplant Mousakka which was to-die-for. I can't tell you how good it was! If you like vegetables and a light dish (which I'm used to mousakka being heavy), this was perfect! My husband went for the chicken schnitzel which - for a basic, simple dish like schnitzel - was excellent. We had a wonderful dessert as well. Wine by the glass was simple, but good. I highly recommend.

Make the short drive up to Silver Village at Deer Valley for the best dinner you will have while in Park City! The service is amazing, the atmosphere is super cozy (love a fireplace) and the food will make you so happy. Every bite was delicious. We had the hummus, sesame cabbage salad, Israeli salad and Moroccan Salmon. It was perfect.

We absolutely loved Reefs! What a pleasant surprise to us. We were staying at a friends place on the property! (Deer Valley Club) and made reservations (DO make a reservation!) We loved the falafel, the lamb chops, the braised beef, and the coconut cake. Its a smaller and elegant restaurant space. We sat by the crackling fire and it was cozy and peaceful. We hope to be back soon for more lamb chops!

Fresh, healthy dining in Silver Lake Village on mountain at Deer Valley, Reefs was fantastic. Lamb chops perfectly prepared and seasoned. Middle Eastern specialities are a welcome alternative to the meat heavy Western Cuisine featured in nearby (also good) restaurants. Beautiful space. Very worth it!

Reef’s is a Park City gem! We are staying in Deer Valley and had no knowledge of Reef’s prior to this trip. Couscous, Lamb Chops and Schnitzel were our entree choices and all exceeded expectations. Best lamb chops you will experience. The sampler included hummus, falafel, babaghanouj and tahini and it reminded one of how these flavors should float away on your palate. Reef’s is in a strange, hidden away spot near Silver Lake area of Deer Valley. A real treasure tucked away!

Great food and staff. Great change of pace from traditional options. Location is great if you are staying in Silver Lake. If not, it’s worth the cab ride up from Park city. I noticed they do have some parking for diners at the Deer Valley Club. Didn’t know what to expect, And I was really surprised At how wonderful the food is.
