Had an amazing time at Edge steakhouse, felt like a king and queen having dinner there. James was an amazing server and the staff was top notch. The food there was to die for and was 5 stars! Highly recommend!

It's been a year since I ate at Edge, but after trying another steakhouse in Park City this evening, I felt it was time to leave them a review. This is the best steakhouse I've been to in the state of Utah. Top quality food, and superb service. We went here for my wife's birthday at the end of 2017. I remember we ordered just a few things - steak and a side or two. While waiting for our order to come out, we were treated with sample after sample of various things the chef was working on (at no extra charge). They were tiny samples, but I remember thinking I wish I had a whole plate of everything that was brought out. The steaks were cooked as requested, and were absolutely delicious. After we finished, they again surprised us with a huge plate of dessert (also at no extra charge), with a "Happy Birthday" message written out on it in chocolate. We left stuffed! Everything was prepared and presented in a fancy way, and it all tasted just as good as it looked. Service was extremely attentive, and like another reviewer said, it was like we were the most important people in the server's day. 5 stars, without a doubt. Edit: An update to this review. We've come back two times since my first review, and each time has been just as great as the first. This has become my favorite restaurant, without a doubt. It's pricy, but it's worth every penny. Thank you all so much for the wonderful service every time we visit!

WOW! I’m so sad I don’t have this restaurant back home. I came in and they let me change my seating preference without fuss. My server (man in his 40-50s, salt & pepper hair) was cordial, friendly attentive and VERY knowledgeable & informative of the menu, I will be requesting him again. I got an espresso martini, French onion soup, lamb & creamed spinach. I wish I had room for their fancy soufflé! Everything was timed PERFECTLY, perfect presentation temperature and flavors. I am incredibly impressed by this restaurant. It was about $200 after tip for just me but worth every penny. It was a wonderful experience and even though my room was not as impressive, I certainly will be coming back just for Edge & Serenity.

Amazing experience! From calling in to make the reservation, valet, reserving a globe for a romantic night to our friendly server…everything was wonderful! I’m surprised this restaurant only has a few reviews! It should have thousands of amazing reviews. Will definitely be coming back. Delicious food and stellar staff. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Edge was a unique dining experience. Parking was difficult to find, until we found out that Westgate does complimentary valet parking with dining at Edge. Server was good and allowed us time and space to enjoy our food. My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating both our birthdays. We tried the cesar salad and spicy shrimp, 75 day aged ribeye and A5 wagyu, and black truffle Mac n cheese and Brussel sprouts. Our favorite was the spicy shrimp. Everything else was okay. We were a little disappointed with the A5 wagyu. It costed $200 for 9oz and it was not as mind blowing as we thought it would be. As unique as the experience was, we probably won't be returning for a while and will continue to hunt for the best wagyu in Utah!

We celebrated our honeymoon in Park City and capped it off with dinner at Edge. The team offered us an incredible experience and we would like to highlight our gratitude to the team including Greg, chef Wayne, and all involved in making it a magical experience. We highly recommend Edge for anyone looking for an excellent meal with the city’s best service.

Edge Steakhouse is the best restaurant in Utah...and I'm not apologizing. We've had the privilege of being here as part of a group reviewing the restaurant for a state food competition -- twice. The experiences were both out of this world. The chef should be commended for the perfection they've attained. Much of this meal was comped for us, but it doesn't change the experience. Eating hokkaido snow beef is magical. There isn't any place in the state of Utah able to get the quality of meats that Edge gets. Yes...it is expensive, but it is a place that we would all run to if it were in NYC or Chicago. The pics tell our story...

Incredible dining experience I won't forget. Tucked away in the beautiful snowy mountains of Park City. Dimmed lighting, quiet peaceful atmosphere. Stylish and elegant in every detail. They have a luxurious drink menu, unique whiskeys, delicious cocktails. I ordered their tasting menu and every course was dedicant and to die for. The service was impressive! Our waitor's menu knowledge, attention to detail and flavor. Every step of the way I felt we were waited on hand and foot. Definitely exspensive, plan on spending at least $100 per person if you get the bare minimum, no drinks

Our dinner at the Edge was by far our best post-covid dining experience and among the best ever. Every course was memorable, as in I remember every one, down to the truffle chips. The dinner: Last Dame Standing (drink), their version of French 75, Edge salad, Pork Chops, truffle potatoes, candied carrots, chocolate soufflé. And the bread. Delicious .Everything tasted crafted, not assembly line made. Staff was exceptionally well trained and efficient. Can't wait till next year for another visit.

A very hidden gem out in the open. Love coming here and if you're looking for a bartender who knows their craft along with the menu, you must sit at the bar and enjoy being served & entertained by Carl. The steak sashimi with the Wasabi mash is a must. It's a culinary creation that pairs so well. The mushroom side is super flavorful. The butternut squadh bisque with foe gras is a delightful surprise and if you're looking for something heartier, pair it with the lobster tail.
