Dinner last night.. vegan deep dish pizza.. while the crust was slightly overdone.. the pizza was exceptional!! Flavor, texture .. a pizza lovers pizza YES they are crazy busy! Yes I wait an hour for a 22.00 pizza and HELL YEAH it was worth the wait
Great deep dish pizza! It was my first time there. Delicious food and a welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I plan to visit more often and I will be recommending this Patxi’s to my friends and family.
Very unique! The deep dish pizza is VERY filling, usually i have 4 slices of large pizzas, and for this, by 2 slices of the 12 inch I was knocked out. It was quite cute that the meatballs came in a bread bowl that was made of the same flaky crust as the deep dish. The waiter was very cordial and polite, and they accommodate for COVID-19 with paperless menus (scan a QR code) and shaded/private outdoor seating.
I love Chicago style pizza and loved Eldwardo's in Milwaukee and Chicago, now I have found an almost equivalent pizza here on the West Coast. Pizza slice and a salad deal for lunch was outstanding and I barely finished it. I also just found out they have other local locations to try. I did not even get a chance to try my Old Chicago Special with mozzarella instead of ricotta, dinner tomorrow!
First time having deep dish pizza in 10yrs.
Artichoke dip had a good-interesting flavour, slight hint of curry spice, and it was very cheesy.
Enjoyed the Favourite pizza. However, the pepperoni slices were far and few, slices too thin and seemed boiled. Would have liked a stronger pepperoni taste. Liked the Bay area way of having honey drizzled on the crust after finishing the rest of the pizza. It somehow works!
We had plenty of leftovers so we heated it up the next day in a microwave and it was good as new.

Delicious pizza and friendly staff! Their gluten free crust is pretty good and they also offer vegan cheese. Total for two 10 inches pizzas were $40. This is the supreme pizza, highly recommend.
This is one of our favorite deep dish pizza places in South bay. We love their spinach deep dish pizza with low fat cheese and almost always get the same one 😁. On busy hours, you want to order your food while waiting for seat since it takes them 45 min to prepare your deep dish pizza. The only reason I am taking one of their stars is that most of their appetizers (such as the one in the picture) are on the oily side. Many people may like that though.
The best deep dish pizza in Cal. Takes about an hour after ordering, IF not busy. Staff is so incredibly friendly. Parking may be a challenge. We live 200 miles away, and come here whenever in the area. Had the Favorite Pizza 14". 3-6 meals.
Only come if you have time to wait (also, no reservations). The pizzas take at least 30 minutes to make. We had five people, and one deep dish and one thin crust was more than enough. The Matt Cain was good if you like sausage and lots of cheese. I'm no pizza expert, but I thought it was solid, though I liked what I've gotten at Blue Line in Mountain View a bit more.
Rachel is the bestest waitress/ host. The food is Bomb . Butter leaf lettuce salad, garlic bread bites and the Pizza were all off the hook.... we will be going back , mabe today..lol
