Must-try! We went to their San Carlos location and tried the double chocolate and espresso coffee flavors, and it was very rich and flavorful. My entire family loved it!
Great little find! I tried the mixed berry and the double chocolate (very rich!). My dad got the cookies and cream. We both loved our flavors and really loved the wafer cookie that came with it. Dad got his covered in dark chocolate and I got mine in milk chocolate.
It was a really popular place and since it’s small, we were lucky to find seating outside. They had water cups available but unfortunately the water was not cold. I expected it to be since it was in a tin dispenser. They may not have put ice in it, so perhaps they could improve on that.
Best gelato in Palo Alto. The approximate cost of $15 for two people stated on this webpage is incorrect. Its more $8-10 and completely worth it. I don't live very close by but we go there with the family every weekend. Hazelnut and chocolate are the best! My kids love the mint. The store is very nice and clean and staff is nice.
One of the best gelato shops in the Bay Area. I love their chocolate fountain and the option to get a rich European style chocolate with the gelato. All of their flavors are fresh and exceptionally tasty to their title. I was a huge fan of the chocolate orange and pistachio.
3 sizes available for gelatos, you can mix flavors if you want to which allows you to try multiple! You can get a waffle and chocolate drizzle if you want on the side. Currently no cash accepted with covid. Pay tax if you order for here
Very good gelato! Tried pistachio, hazelnut, cookie and cream, and Nutella. All amazing, but Pistachio was my favorite! Many pieces of pistachio, tasted like pistachio and was not too sweet! Love it! My husband is a lover of cookie n’ cream and he said it was the best one he ever tried! Definitely will come back! Happy to find a great gelato shop! 😋
The ice cream was really good! I also like that a piece of cone is included with a cup, as well as chocolate drizzle from their cool fountains.
Best artisan ice cream in Palo Alto! Insanely smooth and perfectly milky. You can tell from taste that they use QUALITY milk. Also, the chocolate they drizzle on top isn't waxy! Love the cozy enviroment- it's never crowded.
I highly reccomend the Hazelnut Ice Cream and the Pistachio Ice Cream (really). This place is very good with crafting their nut flavours. If you're lucky, you'll find chunks of nuts inside. The nutty flavor really comes through!
Sampling is allowed so definetly take advantage of that!
Only downside is the wooden spoons! :D (Look adorable but tastes quite woody. Leaves itches on tounge.)
Very tasty gelato. They also have gelato bars that are dipped in chocolate - highly recommended. I love all of the flavors and they give your gelato a complimentary drizzle with their warm chocolate sauce and a wafer. The place is cozy and pleasant to come and hang out.
Love this place. Their gelato are so good. I love that you can choose multiple flavors per size (the larger, the more flavors to choose). I ordered the small called picolo and got 2 different flavors. You also have option of getting dark or milk chocolate hard topping. My whole family loved our gelato!
