Raising Cane's

Went to Raising Cane’s for the 1st time yesterday for lunch. Very busy, but very fast!! Wow wow wow……., if you have never you are missing out! Hot and fresh!! It was all wonderful!! The tenders, yum. The fries, yum. The green tea, yum. The bread is like nothing I’ve ever had, delicious melt in your mouth!! Then a man came around to every table making sure we were happy and had what we needed, which is unheard of since COVID. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful food and service. Praise them please, it is well deserved.

Every time (except once) that I've gone in here or through their drive thru, the food has always been hot and fresh, they've gotten me my food within a minute or two at the most, and almost always the staff is very friendly. The one and only time that it wasn't like this, the chicken was barely warm and the fries were very clearly not fresh and most likely the end of the batch, they forgot my extra canes sauce and they gave me unsweet tea instead of the sweet tea I ordered. But that was also the very first time I went there, I've never had a bad experience since then and the girl who worked the drive thru at the time, I also haven't seen her working there since. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves chicken. And their toast is absolutely unbeatable, I've never tasted better TOAST at a restaurant than at Cane's... and I've been to restaurants all over the country. Thank you Cane's for such an awesome experience every time I visit!

I LOVE CANES!!! This location is no exception. They make sure I get a fair amount for the price. Twice I've been I've gotten 1 additional peice of chicken. Because one of my pieces was to small. I have no problem with editing my order and the intercoms seems to be one of the few in the world that works well. Very amazing staff and the sweet tea is always good. Have not been disappointed with canes ever. I of course will be back for my 150th visit soon. Can't stop eating this 😍

Every time i come here, my order is always wrong. I even sit there asking for the correct order and they act like i don't know what i ordered. Ordered a caniac combo and received 4 chicken tenders, no coleslaw, and one sauce. i paid extra for more sauce and didn't receive it. I called and asked for a manager and she tells me that she was sorry but they had gotten slammed in the lobby and there wasn't anything she could do. I was in the drive thru, not the lobby. offered to replace it, if i drove all the way back, after sitting there trying to get my order corrected. definitely DO NOT recommend because they do not care about customer service. them being slammed is not my problem, i'm a paying customer just like the rest and it's no excuse to not make it right. 0/10 , terrible!!!!!!
