Baja Jacks Burritos

I normally LOVE Baja Jacks, but these last few times the quality hasn’t been what it was previously. Found 2 large chunks of meat that weren’t edible, very hard and crunchy, that I had to spit out. Afterwards each bite was just rice, cheese, and tortilla. The burrito was also very greasy as it drenched my hands and was dripping from the burrito as well. Sad to say I’m disappointed this go round.

Food is good. I enjoy the build your own burrito. Ingredients are fresh. Salsa bar is nice. Seating is limited, so this can be a challenge during busy times. Check the Google hours before coming. On a nice date the patio is a great place to sit and eat. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. Being across the street from a Target is also a plus. :)

Really good and fast food. The only complaint is the high prices, but you are getting pretty good food for the price. The salsa bar was prefilled cups due to Covid protocol, and was filled incorrectly so I thought I got mild salsa but it was actually the hottest salsa and it caused me to have a reaction and I couldn’t eat my food, but that was my fault for trusting the process and not testing it before eating. All in all it was fast service and pretty good food, at least what I did eat.

I think the food has a possibility of being really good at times but it's risky the nachos are always below expectations and recently as early as Sunday I ordered what I considered safe the calexico chicken burrito I've had a few times but this time it was like a garbage burrito everything but chicken so I want it the person in charge to know I have dying and this time was take out several times there's always no clean spoons for soup which I believe was the owner that demanded some be washed and brought one to me when he was there but I want to include a picture this burrito in the lack of chicken in it I found. Lots of mushroom green pepper yellow pepper red pepper lots of slimy stuff no rice no chicken.

I came to this restaurant for a delivery working for, I deliver that, delivery services. The food smelled so good though. A company had bought a ton of food for everyone at the office to eat. I'm sure they loved it because I have actually done this delivery several times in the past. So they must have good food.
