Love their subs over everyone else, however the eating area was a mess and very dirty, sticky tables. I realize the whole short staff thing but a dirty front of the house reflects and dirty back of the house (sorry been in the business too long).

Honestly it isnt that great.. the firefighter theme is cool if u have a kid that is into firefighters.. but the food quality is not that great.. comparable to subway.. but more expensive

I've visited several firehouse locations these last few yrs, I'm so disappointed with this one. The guy taking the order had a conversation with his coworkers for a bit before we were allowed to order. Still we ordered, 2 sandwiches with specific instructions to keep the lettuce and tomato off of my sandwich. Apparently the lettuce was still put on the someone tried to scrape it off. I'm allergic to lettuce so thanks for my er visit.

Subs are fantastic. Pretty big sub for the price, bread is crispy on the outside, soft inside. Very professional staff.

Only been once and it was one time to many. For all the hype about this place, I was completely disappointed. Sandwiches at this price you shouldn't need a magnifying glass to find the meat, lots of lettuce though. Great if you are a bunny. Not a lot of flavor either. Haven't been back.

First time at this location and loved it! Was really clean and Weston, Ethan, and Chris were super personable and helpful. Food tasted really fresh, we got the spicy cajun chicken and an italian sandwich. Bread was really soft and so was the lemon cookie. Would definitely recommend!

First time back here for about 2 months. Used come weekly but due to work and other stuff only come when possible. 12-16-21 is the date and lunch time. I ordered a steak and cheese with everything etc. got my sandwich and it looked thrown together horrible, my meat was cold in some spots of the sandwich which was a concern so I picked it off. Customer service was a joke. The tall guy taking my order seem like he doesn’t be here and everyone else was just standing around doing nothing and talking. I must say this time today was horrible and makes me wanna take my business else where and never come back. I mean the meat on my sandwich wasn’t even hot and steamy like before. It’s gone downhill and should have something done about it. If you’re thinking about coming here don’t just go to jerseys mikes.
