We got our regular server, Karla and she was great, as always! We ordered a bloomin onion and it was really good, cooked well. I ordered the ribeye which was cooked well (medium) but it wasn't as tender/juicy as they usually are, but not enough to send back or really be upset about, just an observation! We really like this location and the atmosphere it holds.
Angel was an awesome waiter. Everything was perfect and he even brought us all our extra requests joyfully and wearing a smile. If I come back I will special request him as my waiter again! 5 stars for food, atmosphere and employees!
Came here for dinner with my family little after 6 on a Thursday. It was a little busy, but we were sat right away. The atmosphere and food were on par with other Outbacks I have dined at. I ordered a 12-ouce ribeye cooked to a medium rare, onion soup and sweet potato for a side. Cook was good on the ribeye, amd the sweet potato was good. The onion soup was a little too salty and chunky. Service was great though. I would come back if Outback was what I wanted.
Angel was so helpful and attentive during our dinner tonight. He made sure we had a great experience despite the kitchen being back up. Definitely go see him and grab some good food!
Jenny was amazing. She was very polite professional and the service was awesome. All of our orders came out in a timely manner. !!!! I would definitely recommend going to this location again just ask for Jenny with a Y.

I recently dined at the Outback Steakhouse in Oviedo, and I must share an incredible experience that occurred during my visit. The manager, Angel, who was also moonlighting as the to-go specialist, showed exceptional skill and composure in a situation that was both unexpected and potentially hazardous.
As Angel was delivering food to my table, a ceiling tile dislodged and, quite shockingly, hit him on the head. Despite this, he remained remarkably composed, which in itself was impressive. But what happened next was truly spectacular.
As I was preparing to leave, I noticed Angel heading to another car, carrying more orders. Suddenly, another ceiling tile began to fall directly above him. Reacting with lightning-fast reflexes, Angel tossed the food he was carrying into the air, caught the falling tile, and incredibly, managed to slot it back into its place on the ceiling. Then, as if performing a well-rehearsed trick, he caught all the airborne food items – including the drinks. The cups landed perfectly in his hands, followed by the liquid cascading into them.
It was a sight to behold, like something out of an action-packed movie, yet it unfolded right there in the parking lot of Outback Steakhouse. The whole incident was so surreal that it felt like witnessing a miracle. I left the restaurant in absolute awe, feeling like I had just been to a show rather than a simple dinner.
Had an amazing time at Outback in Oviedo, all thanks to our waitress, Amber. I’m super indecisive when it comes to menus, but Amber was a lifesaver. She listened, got a sense of what I like, and then nailed it with her recommendations. Honestly, the dish I had was fantastic, and I wouldn’t have picked it without her.
Amber was just the right mix of friendly and professional. She made our whole group feel welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only great at their job but also makes your dining experience feel extra special.
Big shoutout to Amber for making our night! It’s people like her who make you want to come back to a place. Definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Came for my nephew's birthday with 10 other family members. Food was delicious and our server Margaret was phenomenal! She handled our requests effeciently and with a sweet charm 🥳
