Sushi Pop

A hidden gem! Great food and atmosphere, service is amazing as well! Their Espresso martini is one of the best I've had. We shared a bunch of dishes, pics are the short ribs and PMS dessert-salted caramel ice cream and chocolate lava cake with a PB crumble. Have gone for brunch and dinner, both amazing!!!

Very similar vibe to Kabooki but less expensive. We were much more impressed with both their hot and cold tastings over their sushi. However, some of the dishes were too salty, like the KFC wings. Honestly, the sushi was a bit of a let down, and the amaebi has a weird bitter aftertaste. Service was friendly, and prices were reasonable. I'd go back, but I would stick to hot and cold tastings.

We did magical dining and happy hour at the sushi bar! Restaurant was super busy but we were still taken care of. Highly recommend. Flavors were fantastic. They even have fresh wasabi as an option! Happy hour allowed us to taste a few of what was to come. For magical dining I got the chirashi which was delicious I loved the pickled veggies (and they had lotus root my fav). My friend a roll and upgraded to A5 Wagyu nigiri. Dessert blew us away as well! The Pms and the Panama cotta were both delicious. Definitely will be back OFTEN.

Talk about sushi that's over the top! Sushi Pop is a great sushi fine in Oviedo, just a few minutes from UCF. I began the night with a great Sake, Kunzikari Nigori. Sweet, but just enough, with melon undertones, it hit the spot well enough to order it twice. I followed the sake with lots of ginger (my personal spa) and two amazing rolls. If you like real lump crab, you'll love Kissed by Fire. Inside, lump crab, asparagus, masago, garlic aioli, and scallions. On top, "blowtorched salmon", kabayaki, a garlic aioli, panko, oh stop me... Just try it! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ I also had the delicious corn roll pictured, but for the life of me I can't recall the name of it. It was awesome, and if you've never eaten corn with chopsticks, get ready for a fun new experience. Be sure to ask for Alessa at the bar, she's an amazing waitress!

Been frequenting this spot for a year now and we can confidently say this is the best Sushi I’ve had in the Orlando area. We’ve taken all of our close friends & family and come for happy hour or date nights at least 1-2x a month. The nigiri will melt in your mouth and we’ve tried almost every roll on the menu, they are all great and there’s definitely a roll for everyone’s taste preferences. Their appetizers are great, we love the edamame with togarashi + hamachi truffle and O M G the PMS desert is TO DIE FOR!!!! You must get it. Not only is the food 10/10 but the service is always laidback but attentive and the playlist is 10/10. Love love love sushi pop!!!

Hands down the best sushi location I have been to. The food is so full of flavor but none of the flavors compete with one another. You can taste the freshness and every single employee we came across was so welcoming and kind. Shoutout to our server Lucy who was incredibly sweet and funny! She encouraged me to open my palette a bit more and I was not let down! The atmosphere is modern elegance full of visual pleasantries everywhere. We will absolutely be back with friends! Can’t wait to try out their brunch!

Have not been here in a while, and they have expanded since I was last here. They have brunch on the weekends now, too. We went during the middle hours, aka happy hours, which is 3 to 6 on the weekend. Not too busy, and we sat at the bar. The HH menu was a good mix of things with fantastic drinks. We had large rolls from the regular menu and HH rolls. All were equally delicious. Everything was very fresh. The service was great and timely.
