The owners of this place are just great people they are so sensitive to people's needs and they go out of their way to help in their community I highly recommend this place
My daughter and I have never been to a CFA before, but when we were nearby at lunch time, I knew we had to stop. We were greeted so kindly by the woman at the cash register, who helped us every step of the way. As she rung up our order, I told her that we were excited to be here, since it was our first time to a CFA. She proceeded to tell us that she was glad we had stopped and that our meal was on the house today. Who does that? No one—but CFA of Oswego. I was blown away. Nearly speechless. The rest of our dining experience was phenomenal as well. Food was great, facility was clean, service was spectacular (we were asked how our food was, if we needed refills, etc). I can think of some sit down restaurants that could take lessons from the people at this CFA. Thank you and keep up the great work! We will most certainly be back again!
Its always busy and a happening place. At is definitely my go to for a quick chicken sandwich. It never disappoints. The stuff are friendly and willing to accommodate any special requests. If your want extra sauce you will get plenty. The chicken as crispy and crunchy but perfectly moist inside. As far as fast food chicken places go, this one is near the top.
If you're feeling down, swing by and ask for mac and cheese with fresh lemonade. When you get ready to collect your food, notice how happy and cheerful the employees are. It's infectious! And now you're smiling 🙂 Their customer service is the absolute best. Thanks
Extremely friendly people, work hard to get your order right and get you thru quickly. They left out my kids meal chocolate drink but otherwise perfect service. Recommend them to all visitors. Very tasty food!
Food is amazing here! There is a lady who works here named Jennifer I think she's a team manager who came over to our table asked if we needed anything and was absolutely so pleasant! What phenomenal customer service!
Friendly and helpful staff! I love meeting my friend here and we stay for over an hour and have much needed mom time while our kids play in the play area. Food is yummy too!
Chick-fil-A stays goated with the spicy chicken sammy!! None of that weak sauce, well, hot sauce on chicken sandwiches, I want it to be in the breading! I'm looking at you Popeyes spicy sandwich. Always a good eat here with awesome employees!
