If anyone had a bad experience here you must give this location a second chance. I was told not to go here by one person and I thought to give it a try. I ended up making this my favorite location. I normally order my sandwiches to go, each time my sandwiches are always on point just what I ask for. There are always three guys inside and they always speak to me. To the two white guys and black guy, you guys are the best!!!! Thank you for working together so nicely and having my family orders made so perfect!!!

Went to Jimmy Johns on 71 today to pickup some sandwiches for my family, one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant by far. The 3 men working there today gave me the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Very polite, helped me with the menu, and had my order ready before I was even done paying! If I could give this review more than 5 stars I totally would. I will gladly be coming back again in the near future.

I will not be going back to Jimmy John’s again! This is the 3rd bad experience with the Jimmy John’s located at 9th N Randall Rd. The staff is completely rude and when I spoke to the manager Alex he had the nerve to blame it on the fact that they work in a fast environment. As a customer that is unacceptable! I wouldn’t treat anyone the way they have treated my husband and I on several occasions now. They really need a lesson in customer service skills on a major level!!! WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WOULDN’T HAVE A FAST ENVIRONMENT TO WORK IN!!! You might want to start treating your customers better! I’m disappointed that I even have to give one star in order to leave a review, because they don’t even deserve one star!
